The Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is very nice with excellent Rooms. The location is just outside the town but the walk into town only takes 10 minutes through the park. If you don't want to walk a taxi from the centre to the Hotel is 7 euros. The Spa is excellent with plenty of space. We would use this hotel again. The beds are two singles pushed together with single duvets. The duvets were not very big, hence the low mark on comfort. |

Very classy experience. All staff were very friendly and efficient. No bar on site.!. However the hotel provided a free Taxi to the centre of the town. The hotel is located more than a short walk to the centre of town. |

Breakfast It is definitely not the best hotel in Baden-Baden, just nice and quiet place. Reception until 22:30 otherwise one has to call another group hotel on the other side of the town, evening free dinner taxi in not working on Sundays, so one has to walk ard. 1km or call a taxi, swimming pool until 1pm, sauna from 3pm, spa treatment for 2pax we have been offered at 9am, etc. |

Spacious rooms, good breakfast selection, nice spa area. The hotel location is quiet and nice and the hotel offers a taxi service for guests to the town center, the service is not always available thus resulting in an 11 Euro taxi fare each way. |

I loved our two nights at the Quisisana!!! We were treated royally and loved every minute of it. What a dream weekend!! I let the staff know that it was our first time to Baden - Baden and that my wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they graciously upgraded our room to the most luxurious room I have every seen much less spent the night in. I cannot thank the staff enough!!! This is a gorgeous hotel and the spa area is terrific as well. Very quiet - very accommodating!!!! |

Excellent hotel. The Sun Room Suite with a kitchen was great for travelling with our young child. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is a very relaxing place to stay for a short break. The hotel is in a quiet location but still within walking distance of all the facilities in Baden-Baden. |

excellent location just outside centre, less than 5 minutes to gardens and then another 5 to be in centre, hotel staff exceptionally helpful, professional and polite, room was junior suite and very large and comfortable, spa facilities were impressive and very relaxing, breakfast and complimentary tea and cakes in afternoon were nice, buffet breakfast ample choice of cold items. nothing adverse to say, only improvement would be to put some of the information folders dotted around the hotel in other languages other than german, however staff more than made up for my lack of knowledge of german language. Would recommend without hesitaition. |

Very quiet and peaceful setting, friendly helpful and courteous staff, only ten minute walk to centre of Baden Baden via a very pretty route. Hotel has a complimentary taxi to restaurants in the evening. Good breakfast, I had a single room and often these can be of poorer quality. It was a big room with a balcony and a prime view. I would highly recommend this hotel. Tiny criticism would be that it would be good to have satellite channels with some English speaking tv, only channels were in German, and possibly more information in the hotel welcome packs translated into English. |

Hôtel impeccable, tranquilité, beaux paysages, personnel serviable, piscine pas très grande mais suffisante, espace détente-relaxation impeccable et très grand. Idéal pour se reposer, prendre le bon air et passer de bons moments en famille. |
