Hotel Villa Rein  

The room was beautiful. It was much larger than other rooms we stayed at in Bavaria and had a lovely balcony. It was about 10 minutes to walk to the city center.

The wifi was not working. After asking serveral times about it, we were told it should work. We made the decision to cut our stay short, as unfortunately we need to stay connected for work. The manager was very helpful in working with us on this matter though.

Quite a big room, very clean and in a good place.

Noisy neighbors disturbed our dreams for all two nights there, quite bad sound isolation in the hotel

Clean and quiet place. My single room was large enough and had a balcony on the courtyard and a window to the side: happily bright. Breakfast is charming, quality food and elegance. Staff is helpful and caring. WIFI was fast. Location is conveniently located near Bad Reichenhall pedestrian zone, close to the railway station. I chose it to visit Salzburg and the short distance in the nice landscape was pleasant to drive.

I missed my electric adapter and they didn't have one to borrow, anyway they were very kind to look for the strange object I needed. No, I cannot blame them!

Room was spacious. Bed was big (we traveled with 6 months old baby and she slept with us - all three of us were very comfortable in one bed). 3 min on foot to Rupertus Therme and 3 min to the walking passage in the city center. Owner was extremely helpful!!! Explained everything in detail, had cheap tickets for the Thermes and free public transportation tickets. Prepared maps of surrounding sites for us, explained where it's better to park, etc.

We would prefer a bath tub rather than shower in the room because we traveled with a baby, but that's just us. Everything was great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was nice having a balcony. Car parking was at the rear and free.

The location was a little out of the town for restaurants although we did find a lovely restaurant just round the corner and ate there on two occassions as it was so close and the food was good. There did not appear to be staff around very often in the day and certainly not in the evening so I do not know what would happen if there was a problem.

Very comfortable and homely hotel in the old house that is more than 100 years old. Good location, only 10 min walking from RupertusThermes. Friendly staff, large room, free private parking, good breakfasts. Горничная свободно разговаривает по-русски.

The personnel was very helpful - hints and tips, leaflets, minimaps... Really kind and forthcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and custom made - if requested so. The matrace is harder and therefore comfortable for people with back trouble. Good value for money supported by the vicinity of the town centre.

Even though there was an apology on the part of the hotel, I had to change rooms during my 2-night stay. This was sort of uncomfortable. The true mountain view only comes with one side of the hotel. The other provides only a partial view.

The location, the faithful old-style of it. It was from 1898 and they kept it in a way that wasn't over modernised but not acient either. Awesome breakfast and people. Very friendly and kind. Will go here again.

We should have stayed longer

Old romantic villa in a very good condition. Very convenient location close to railway and bus stations, Rupertus Thermes and city center. Quiet, clean. The hotel is run by the family taking very good care about their guests, helpfull and devoted. Have a russian speaking maid. I didn't like the room they put me in on the 1st day and they changed it to a better one at no surcharge.

Wouldn't recommend room # 21, the sink is inside the room, bathroom is too tight.

Perfect Location!

Unangenehm enge Dusche mit hohem Einstieg. Frühstück bei einem Zimmerpreis von 86 € etwas karg.

Die freundliche Art des Personals, sowie deren kompetenz bei der Beantwortung von Fragen zu Besichtigungen,Wandermöglichkeiten und Verkehrsverbindunggen.

очаровательный семейный отель в изумительном курортном городке: старинный дом с комфортными комнатами, балкончики с видом на горы, кругом цветы, чистейший воздух, пение птиц - в общем, идиллия! очень благожелательные хозяева отеля. нам дали информационные буклеты о бад райхенхайле, берхтесгатене и зальцбурге на русском языке. неплохие завтраки с деревенскими куриными яйцами, своей редиской и яблоками. бесплатная парковка для автомобилей.

может быть, чуть более разнообразить завтраки. в остальном - все замечательно!

Очень приятные хозяева. До вокзала и автовокзала 5-7 минут пешком, до терм - минут 10 . Есть русскоязычный персонал, в номерах очень чисто, завтрак без горячих блюд, но все вкусно. Парковка во внутреннем дворике.

Обстановка в номерах сингл довольно скромная.

Близость транспортных сообщений, русскоязычный персонал, высокий уровень обслуживания, доброжелательный хозяин отеля.

Veľmi príjemný a starostlivý personál. Romantická atmosféra ubytovania vo vile. Čisté izby, ktoré boli udržiavané vždy v čase, keď sme boli na raňajkách. Umiestnenie vily bolo vynikajúce, v tesnej blízkosti wellness Rupertus Therme vhodné pre rodiny s deťmi. Blízko bolo centrum mesta s veľmi pekným historickým centrom,čarovnými zákutiami a množstvom reštaurácií, kaviarní a cukrární.

Het is een kleinschalig familiehotelletje, wij waren op doorreis naar Italië en Kroatië en we verbleven er slechts 2 nachten. Dus het maakte niet zoveel uit als het maar proper en net was en dat was het ook. Gedurende de dag waren we zoveel mogelijk op pad in Bad-Reichenhall, die een zeer aangename en mondaine stad is met zijn prachtig kuuroord. We konden onze auto ah hotel laten staan en te voet naar het stadscentrum dat vlakbij ligt.

De badkamer was piepklein en verouderd alhoewel kraaknet. Ook de kamer op zich: antiek.

Внимательные и отзывчивые хозяева и персонал. Всегда были готовы ответить на наши вопросы и просьбы. Нормальные завтраки.Бесплатная парковки. Мы забронировали парковку заранее и для нас всегда было место во внутреннем дворике. Бесплатный wi-.fi. Отель расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от курортного парка, минут 7 до терм и минут15 до центра. Возможность купить билеты в термы со скидкой. Близость ж.д. вокзала совершенно не беспокоит. Приятная и общительным русскоговорящая сотрудница.

Нам достался номер без балкона . Нет лифта.. Обстановка не очень новая, но все чистенько и аккуратно.
