Spotless, tasteful, refined hotel for the discerning traveller. Excellent breakfast. Best housekeeping and breakfast staff --- ever. Honour Bar. Sterile. Overly Formal and Fussy. No sitting area for guests. No coffee allowed in rooms, which is a bit much. Pricey. |

Freddie the owners dog. View and location fantastic. Minutes walk to center of tourist area past two sheep (rudy and eddi) down a scenic path. Hotel well maintained. Very expensive touches (windows, automatic shades ). spotless. I love scented oils but it got a little overwhelming in the bathroom; had to close the bathroom door so room wasn't to cloying. Owner very sweet however, waitress in morning gruff when I couldn't speak German. Front desk attendant (male) could have been more attentive. He told me I could sit anywhere. When I did, the waitress had a fit because I'd picked a reserved table. |

New villa and good fixtures. Nice view from the terace but only about 50% of the rooms share this Quite strict rules (no room service or food in the room) no refrigerator/bar or tea&cofee facilities while the kitchen is clsoed but for breakfast. No signs in other leanguage. |

comfort According to strike on Lufthansa Airways, i could not reach the hotel for the first reservation day. I informed hotel about this point, unfurtunately the time that i informed them was not 1 day before reservation, was closer to reservation time. Eventually, they did not make a favour for me and charged the first day although i could not stay in their hotel according to strike on Lufthansa. fyi |

Receptionist was very friendly. Lady came into my bedroom whilst I was asleep.Also same lady chastised me for slamming my door when I did not. |

Villa superbement située avec vue sur la vignoble et sur le lac .Très beau jardin paysagé et fleuri et équipé de beaux meubles de jardin . Décoration et ameublement de la salle à manger chic , élégant , sobre , de la classe! de la très belle vaisselle et argenterie! Super buffet au petit déjeuner avec des mets salés et sucrés de toutes sortes , grand choix de pains , de confitures , de miels , de fruits frais ...J'ai aussi apprécié la proposition de café , thé , et gâteau de 15 h à 17 heures . Je regrette que le paiement par carte de crédit soit soumis à une taxe de 4% sur le montant total du séjour. |

Men was voorbereid op onze komst en zonder verdere ophoudingen werden we naar de kamer gebracht, dat was een warm welkom. Geen formulieren invullen ook later bij het uitboeken niet alles stond op papier. De rust en sfeer en uitzicht!!!!!!!! De bedden waren op zich prima maar erg hard! |

tolles Ambiente. Sehr schöne eingerichtet. Gute Lage. Schöner Seeblick. hatte etwas von einem Sanatorium für ältere Leute die nicht gestört werden wollen. Chefin ist sehr speziell. |

Sauberkeit, Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick, gepflegte Umgebung, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundliche Mitarbeiter befremdlich wirkte, dass beim Buchen Kreidtkartennummer erforderlich ist, hingegen wird beim Benutzen derselbige 4 % dazugeschlagen |
