Built in 1879, the Hotel Villa Spahn provides comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access. Most rooms have sofa beds which can accommodate additional guests. Relax in the reading area or enjoy a coffee or a glass of Franconian wine in the cozy Gute Stube (lounge) or spacious yard. Guests at the Hotel Villa Spahn receive a discount for Chinese massages and other spa treatments. Just 500 ft from the hotel is a bus stop for KissSalis thermal baths. Guests can park for free on site at Villa Spahn, and are within a 5-minute walk from the rose garden, spa facilities and the center of Bad Kissingen. Außerordentlich hilfsbereite, sympathische Eigner/Angestellte. Einrichtung eine Mixtur verschiedener Jahrzehnte, das Haus war vermutlich früher eine Villa, heute stellt man sich etwas anderes darunter vor. Für 1-2 Nächte aber akzeptabel.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Chefin.Alles sehr gemütlich, Zimmer neu renoviert, praktisch aber auch komfortabel. Absolut super gutes Frühstücksbufett. Sehr nette und umsichtige Angestellte. Als ich das wlan- Passwort am Abend haben wollte, wurde sofort die Chefin von zu Hause geholt.Schöner Garten mit Liegestühlen. Da würde ich gerne noch einmal hin.
