This family-run hotel is a beautiful 19th-century villa which enjoys a tranquil location, close to the centre of the Lower Franconian health resort of Bad Kissingen. Built in 1879, the Hotel Villa Spahn provides comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access. Most rooms have sofa beds which can accommodate additional guests. Relax in the reading area or enjoy a coffee or a glass of Franconian wine in the cosy Gute Stube (lounge) or spacious garden. Guests at the Hotel Villa Spahn receive a discount for Chinese massages and other spa treatments. Just 150 metres from the hotel is a bus stop for KissSalis thermal baths. Guests can park for free on site at Villa Spahn, and are within a 5-minute walk from the rose garden, spa facilities and the centre of Bad Kissingen. Electric bicycles can be rented a the hotel between April and October. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Chefin.Alles sehr gemütlich, Zimmer neu renoviert, praktisch aber auch komfortabel. Absolut super gutes Frühstücksbufett. Sehr nette und umsichtige Angestellte. Als ich das wlan- Passwort am Abend haben wollte, wurde sofort die Chefin von zu Hause geholt.Schöner Garten mit Liegestühlen. Da würde ich gerne noch einmal hin.

Außerordentlich hilfsbereite, sympathische Eigner/Angestellte. Einrichtung eine Mixtur verschiedener Jahrzehnte, das Haus war vermutlich früher eine Villa, heute stellt man sich etwas anderes darunter vor. Für 1-2 Nächte aber akzeptabel.
