Being in a box room on the top floor for a bedroom with no room to move and no chair to sit on.The Vila Von Soden password for the internet is just about the worst one that I have ever used. This was the worst room I have ever stayed in.

Nice staff, clean and comfortable

The accommodation was nicely furnished and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. We felt very much at home and will return in the future.

The wooden floors were not suitable for an active dog with large feet and nails. Had we taken a basket for him we would have solved the problem. This was not the Houses problem but ours - more exercise and a basket would have made life easier.

One could book a room with three beds for three persons, vice booking two separate rooms, thus saving money. The breakfast was good: a decent selection for all tastes.

The receptionist was coldly efficient and not very welcoming. The room was very spartan and physically cold. The cancellation policy does not favour the traveler - three days notice is required, inside of that and one is fully charged.

A very good location overloooking the lake (even though we were not blessed with a lake view). Very heplful and freindly staff. A family run business.

Access by car to the villa is at the back of the property and not in the same road as the house address. The address is on the main road which is very busyso it is not easy to stop. Please could 'arriving by car' instructions be included

Hotel staff are nice, it may be slightly far from station, but it is fine. Nice view on a sunny day. Breakfast is good.

In the winter The heating was not upto the mark. We had little problem with small baby

The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions or recommend places to go and see. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel grounds were beautiful and so was the town. Make sure you make it down for breakfast!

Host was welcoming. Value for money

Was given a second floor box room. Much too small for two large male adults with motorcycle gear, it was just as well we have been friends for many years. It was difficult to find the entrance. The front driveway gates are on a very busy main road and were locked, needed to go round the back via two roads to find the back entrance, once there could not access the inner parking area due to customers cars blocking the gate. This was resolved by the host in the evening allowing us access for two motorcycles however the gates were once again blocked when we left in the morning.

Lovely exterior and stylish breakfast room, good breakfast.

Neglected garden, empty shabby swimming pool. Lack of instructions to find the parking area. Owners rather off-hand, in particular when waiting to pay on departure - host more concerned with a friend who'd dropped in for an early beer than with us.

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Von Soden, the apartment we stayed in was as expected with own patio area. We travelled in a family group, visiting Lake Constance for a few days on our way back from Italy. The couple who manage the hotel are very nice and would go out of there way for you. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of the Hotel is not as close to Lake Constance as we expected a good 45min - 1hr walk to the centre attractions.

It's the real villa. It looks very imposing. The interior is quite clean. The villa has it's own garden with the beautiful old trees. There is the open air swimming pool, so I assume it's nice in the summer. When we were there, it was still not warm enough so there was no water in the pool. The hotel is located within the walking distance to all the attractions of Friedrichshafen. There is free parking at the back side of the villa. The owner is friendly and helpful. There is free WiFi.

The room is rather small. The tv is old, small and inconveniently fixed high above the heads but I reckon that being in such the nice area as Friedrichshafen, You always find something else to do rather than watching a tv.

L'acceuil très chaleureux. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, et situé très au calme. Superbe literie.

Chambre trop petite pour le prix. Pas de sèche cheuveux.

Bei der Buchung, sollte bei der preiswerten Möglichkeit der Übernachtung,auf das viel kleinere Zimmer hingewiesen werden.

Das Hotel ist an einer der Hauptstrassen der Stadt. Mein Zimmer war zur Strasse hin. An Schlafen war vor 23h gar nicht zu denken und um 06h war die Nacht wegen des Verkehrslärms vorbei. Und vor 08h gibt es kein Frühstück. Es ist Auch kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und die Bar schliesst um 20h, manchmal auch früher. Im Bad gibt es nur ein Stück Seife, kein Duschgel oä. La casa esta ubicada a pie de una de las carreteras principales y según que habitación se te acaba la noche a las 06h por el ruido. Hasta las 08h no hay desayno, tampoco hay frigorifico. El único accesório en el baño es un mini jabon.

La gentilezza della Signora.Il buffet colazione e le stanze ed è stato anche l'unico hotel che non mi ha addebitato nessun costo per il mio piccolo cane, cosa che invece, in altri alberghi tedeschi è stato fatto. (Norimeberga 5€ al di, Berlino 8€ al di e Monaco 12,50€ al di per un maltese di 3 Kg.
