We booked a studio for 3 adults. We had plenty of room, we could please ourselves when we had meals and when we returned at the end of the day. Saved money on not having to eat out The only thing I was unhappy about, the reception is not manned 24 hours and on one evening our door key did not work and we were unable to get into our room and there was no one around and they didn't answer the phone number they left at reception

The staff were friendly. A train to the old town center was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel only has two parking spots. The rest is street parking and fills up fast. We were there during the weekend, but most spots seemed to be taken up by residents. I don't think the parking situation is any better during the week. The location is quite noisy with planes flying overhead early in the morning and local dogs barking through the night. The beds were uncomfortable and on a slight slant. I may have misread our reservation, but I thought we had a kitchenette. Only a few rooms have the full kitchenette. Ours (and our friends') only had a mini fridge.

Excellent location for access to U-bahn. Only 3 stops to esprit arena for futbol games. 15-20 minutes travel time. Kept us out of the city traffic and close to the arena. Kids loved the studio apt/room. Staff vacated the desk and left a phone number. Would have appreciated a head-up that no one would be available

The proximity to the airport. The style! The bountiful breakfast! The wonderful sheet in the room (in English) explaining about the bus and subway stops, the restaurants in the area, etc. I couldn't figure out how to get from the airport to the hotel on public transportation. It was a 12 euro taxi ride.

het hotel lag vlakbij de messe .Vanaf dit hotel geen file Geen plek om als groep na de beurs even bij te komen.Er was ook geen restaurant aanwezig.Het ontbijt was karig de ruimte te klein.Als je mazzel had was er plek en anders gewoon om de beurt

Très grande chambre, nouvellement aménagée, grand lit, confortable. L'absence totale d'isolation phonique à l'intérieur de l'établissement. Une famille qui occupait les deux chambres avoisinantes à la mienne s'est levée au milieu de la nuit pour partir à l'aéroport, et j'ai été obligé de suivre tout, mais vraiment tout, en live. Cela m'a gaché la nuit et définitivement l'envie de retourner dans cet hôtel.

Zentrale Lage, direkt an der Schnellbahn nach Düsseldorf (ca.100m) mit dem Auto ca. 1Km zur Autobahn. Kaiserswerth wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Genießen. Von 6 Uhr bis 22:30 deutliche Geräuschspegel vom Flughafen. In der Nacht herrscht allerdings Ruhe

Ausgefallene Zimmereinrichtung. Mir persönlich ist ein großes Bett im Einzelzimmer wichtig und das Zimmer darf nicht so klein sein nur weil es ein Einzelzimmer ist. Frühstück war auch üppig. Alles in allem prima. Komme wieder.

Nähe zur Esprit-Arena. Nähe zur U-Bahn. Handtücher waren ausgefranst, kleinere Schimmelstellen im Bad, beim Frühstück haben wir die Kaffeekanne vom Nebentisch bekommen.

Korte afstand naar luchthaven. Rustige omgeving. Bij aankomst (15.00 uur) geen personeel aanwezig tot volgende ochtend. Sleutelkaart verkregen via intoetsen van een code. Vervolgens 20 minuten moeten zoeken naar onze kamer. Uiteindelijk het nummer op een visitekaartje gebeld, waarna we te horen kregen dat onze kamer zich in een woon huis naast het hotel bevond. Als je niet lastig gevallen wil worden door hotelpersoneel dan zit je hier goed. Kamer was redelijk schoon (kon beter), kussens waren een ramp (daardoor slecht geslapen). Steekt zeker in negatieve zin af bij wat we normaliter gewend zijn in Duitsland.
