Within walking distance of train station, restaurants, museums, churches and old city. Great breakfast. Frequent problems with Internet access. Poor IT support. No air conditioning. Street noises (traffic).

It was well located and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better. There was nothing sweet for breakfast (E. G. a cake), no fruit. And no coffee without caffein.(decaffeinated coffee). So for pregnant women the breakfast was not ideal - many of the offered things arent allowed or recommended for pregnant women (camembert cheese, parma ham or salami which wasnt processed by cooking, fried eggs).

Very helpful manager. We made an error in booking our one-night stay for the night before the intended stay. The manager found us a room and didn't charge for our no-show the previous night, though entitled to do so, as she had been able to sell the room after concluding that we weren't going to arrive.

Large room and bathroom. Good position. We chose this hotel because it advertised free parking nearby but this was already full when we arrived at 12. I think the parking was not just for the hotel. Not as good value for money as other hotels we stayed in -towels very thin for example.

Near the historical city centre and main station. good connection to Frankfurt a.M. Kind staff, good breakfest, large room and cleanness. We were fully satisfied with this hotel.

das zunächst angebotenezimmer unter der Dachschräge mit verminderter Deckenhöhe und einem winzigen Erkerfenster war unzumutbar. Das daraufhin angebotene Zimmer 203 war OK.

Freundlichkeit des Personals u sehr gutes Frühstück Die Empfehlung, die Garage Nord zu nehmen ist nicht so gut, da es eine neue Garage gibt, die ganz in der Nähe einen Zugang in der Bahnhofstraße hat und für ca 3 Tage nur ca 22 eur kostet. Im Bad könnten die Duschrahmen unten mit Danclorix noch besser gereinigt werden. Sie sind normalerweise nicht gut zu reinigen aber mit Danclorix werden sie sicher besser aussehen. Diese Sache ist aber wirklich nur eine pingelige Kleinigkeit und alles ist sonst wirklich sehr sauber.

Alles praktisch und überlegt eingerichtet, freundliches Personal, mein Zimmer sehr ruhig gelegen, schönes Bad, Bett ohne Erhöhung am Fußende, was für einen 195 cm-Menschen wohltuend ist.

Zentrale Lage, modernes Bad, Außenrollo am Fenster, ruhiges Frühstückszimmer mit ital. Kaffeeautomat, Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück i.O.. Sehr kleines Zimmer (Zimmer "Hofnische"), nur ein Stuhl, für ein Doppelzimmer ist eine Sitzgelegenheit zu wenig, ein zweiter Stuhl hätte bei dieser Zimmergröße leider keinen Platz mehr gehabt!!!

Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht gerichtet, Seife nicht aufgefüllt, unzureichendes Frühstücksbuffet, Hinterhofeingang statt Lobby, extrem laute Lage (Fenster konnte zu keiner Zeit geöffnet werden), Rechnung höher als bei Buchung angegeben. Absolut nicht empfehlenwert.
