The price was good. The staff was very nice and helpful too, and spoke good English. Yes! The fact that there was nobody at the front desk at night. My friends ended up losing their room code, so they were locked out of their room all night and had to sleep in our room. Two of us ended up on the floor using our sweatshirts as pillows, while we were paying for a bed. There needs to be somebody there, or an 'emergency' number to call in case this happens. |

The hotel was really far from the city.The breakfast was buffet but when not refilled.THE Shower in the room was broken and the hotel didnt provide any replacement room or compensation. The temp control in the room was like rollercoaster making it either too warm or cold. I was completely dissatisfied. |

The breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Traveling by car is essential if you are staying at this hotel. |

Perfect room. Clean, comfortable, renovated, good decoration, good air, relative big bathroom, friendly staff. Drinks machine was not working late at night. The rest was perfect :D |

We enjoyed our stay it was a nice hotel ideal for our purpose (Overnight stop from UK to Italy and back) The booking system was easy to use and although the hotel was very busy the soundproofing was excellent - unlike other hotels I have stayed in, I did not hear doors slamming or people talking in the corridors throughout the night. Slightly disappointed that there was no Tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms as this would have made the stay even better, although a drinks machine is available in reception. You need to travel to the local town to get something to eat as the hotel provides no facilities and there seems to be nothing locally. This is disappointing after travelling a long time. (Nice McDonalds very close) |

Nice clean room and great that all four of the family could stay in one room. This is the only place we found that permits it. |

Good value for the room. Clean and comfortable. Good clean bathroom Location is far from interesting. Just 1 option for dinner in walking distance (besides mcdonalds). Hotel is suitable for travellers, not for visitors of Freiburg |

Need better directions to the hotel and a better map. The man at reception on the evening satyed for extra time until we found the hotel after ringing to say we were lost Breafast was not included in the price. It would be much better to include in the price. I had breakfast at Ikea for less. |
