Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.Frühstück ohne jeden Tadel, sher zu empfehlen der Irish Pub, Zu empfehlen ist auch der VINETA Hof am Achterwasser ! Grenznähe zu Swinemünde Polen - super Strandpromenade und Gastronomie. Schließzeit Terasse im Irish Pub 22.30 sehr schade. Nichtraucherhotel, allerdings als Tipp im Vineta Chalet DZ klein kann auf der Terasse geraucht werden !

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war die sehr enge Naßzelle mit der schwenkbaren Waschmulde einfach eine Katastrofe. Kommt man als Gast nachts heim, so muß man sich bei völliger Dunkelheit zum Lift tasten.

Solide betriebenes Hotel, einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt, das alle Anforderungen hinsichtlich Service und Frühstücksversorgung erfüllt. 1-2 meine Schulnotenwertung. Kleinigkeiten: - nur 2 freie Steckdosen (eine im Bad und eine im Zimmer) - nicht durchgehend das volle Frühstücksangebot - WLAN im Zimmer unbrauchbar schwach (Haus Residenz)

großes Zimmer, sauberes Schwimmbad mit Sauna, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, mir fehlte ein kleines Schuhregal, so standen die Schuhe immer in einer Ecke des Zimmers herum

ich war begeistert ! es waren 5 sehr erholsame tage. begonnen mit dem besten frühstück seit langem.(viel-reisende) zimmerausstattung sehr gut und großzügig. ruhe im haus . im restaurant angenehmes zurückhaltendes personal. spezielles wurde ohne aufforderung am nächsten tag automatisch hingesellt. ich bedanke mich bei allen die dafür gesorgt haben.monika warncke-schmahl aus hamburg-curslack da fällt mir nun garnichts zu ein.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist eine Empfehlung wert, wer sich den Gaumenfreuden im gepflegtem Ambiente hingeben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Preise können durchaus als moderat bezeichnet werden. Die Badzellen sind zwar etwas klein, dass beeinträchtigt aber nicht die Funktionsfähigkeit.

Eigentlich alles, Wermutstropfen war nur das Restaurant. Das angebotene Gourmetmenü entsprach nicht dem ausgelobten Angebot und unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal im Restaurant zeigte wenig Poduktkenntnis und Kundenorientierung, schade.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Einzelzimmer war nur so groß wie das Bett mit vielleicht 50 cm Platz zum Laufen. Beim Doppelzimmer musste man das drehbare Waschbecken in die Dusche schieben, um die Toilette benutzen zu können. Alles beengt, alt und ungemütlich. Blick auf den Parkplatz, extrem hellhörig, laut, Küchengerüche in den Fluren zu jeder Mahlzeit.
