Staff were brilliant to help out on any request.

Close to the city center, underground garage

The "apartament" for 4 persons is in fact a studio in which a sofa was added. The sofa is unconfortable. The "apartament" is quite small

Location is very good.There is near Dusseldorf center area , department and Japanese shop.Parking is in area,so very safety.

Hotel staff is frendly.

City center location, good breakfast, parking underneath the hotel and free internet. Good value for money.

The staff were excellent, spoke good english and were very helpfull. The hotel is close to markets ans hopping area and transport.

There were no coffee making facilities in teh room.

The VIP Hotel was a great value. A low price in a nice location, only about a 10 min walk away from the center (also 2 tram stops just a couple mins away). There is a locked gate so not just anyone can walk in, and the rooms seem to either be new or have been remodeled recently; they were perfectly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when needed. We would happily stay there again.

The only negative things were very minor; the breakfast was slightly pricey (at €5/person/day) so we skipped it, and the double bed was actually two singles with a gap between, so we had to sleep separately. Everything else was great.

On entering the room initially it looked relitivevely clean, however the sheets were not! I had to ask for them to be changed, which the friendly recption staff obliged. Also as I had order a single room they only put new sheets on the mattress i was sleeping on (one side of the double bed), not the one connected to mine.The breakfast was quite good but due to the room I would never stay here again.

Voor de prijs een erg comfortabel hotel met heerlijke bedden ruime kamers en een prima ontbijt! Parkeerruimte voor de auto's was ook perfect.

Nee niets kunnen bedenken.

Удобное месторасположение, довольно вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, завтраки не роскошные, обычные для 3-х звезд, но достаточно полноценные (омлет, мини-сосиски, мини-котлетки, отварные яйца, мюсли-хлопья, йогурты-молоко, фрукты-выпечки, разнообразные нарезки и т.д.). Номер на 3-м этаже (№32) вполне приличный для отеля данной категории. Недалеко центральный вокзал, торговая галерея Kaufhof, все это очень удобно. До Altstadt пешком 10-15 минут. Отель соответствует своему уровню.При выборе отеля рекомендую номера на верхних этажах, и желательно не выходящих во внутренний дворик, который сам по себе довольно уютный (недостатки см. ниже)

При заселении в отеле жили молодые люди из Китая в огромном количестве, вели себя очень шумно, на завтраке сметали со столов все, что только можно, сесть за столы было некуда и после них есть было нечего.Но так, к счастью, был один лишь день.Вначале жили в №33, там прямо в комнате пожарная дверь, ведущая в соседний номер, слышно все, даже как юный китаёза целый час грызет семечки и чихает, словно он в твоей комнате.После жалобы на ресепшене долго извинялись и в этот же вечер поменяли номер на другой. В отеле есть неплохой внутренний дворик, но наверное в теплое время года жить на первом этаже не очень хорошо, т.к. по ночам будут беспокоить желающие провести время на скамеечках в этом дворике.

Kamers liggen aan een open binnenruimte waar je kunt zitten roken en bier drinken. Heel gehorig!
