Leaving - the whole experience was so dreadful that it was laughable. It was like Fawlty Towers without the personalities. The hotel was dreadful, overpriced, unhelpful staff who were never there, terrible decor with no facilities, old and outdated furniture. Sheets with holes in them, rusty fittings in the bathroom. |

Relax atmosphere,,free use of internet. The main problem was the style of the beds,they were box beds and very low,and I also thought that there there could have been kitchen equipment in the room,s we did ask for a kettle and cups and saucers which we got,but I feel that they should have been in the rooms on arrival . |

The yard outside to spend some time when you are not busy, we were able to buy cheap train tickets in the hotel. Staff was very helpful Not everyone has a key for the outside door, and 2 students couldn’t get to hotel in later hours, It would be nice if they have a printer that you can print some documents when you are on business trip. They can charge money for that. |
