I arrived at the hotel, to be greeted by blackness... Not a single
light on, as I progressed into the property sensor lights would
illuminate the next 20m or so... My key was taped to the garage door
leading into a dark corridor, again no lights, sensor would illuminate
as you walked. There wasn't a soul in the place... When I go to the
my room, it turned out to be an apartment, or studio style
accommodation, but no phone! For the subsequent two days, I didn't
see any staff and the facilities were all closed. On the evening of the
second day I arrived at the hotel, I the barrier to the garage was down
and I could not enter. I walked around the building to be greeted by a
German who refused to speak English, although it was clear he
understood what I was saying. On the third morning, the day I was
leaving and checking out, I was greeted at reception by a charming
young lady who did speak English. I said to her that it was ironic that
on the day I was leaving it finally had the appearance of a hotel.
Normally I would not opt for such an accommodation on a business trip
and only for the size of the accommodation would not recommend. Wifi
had limited range within the room!
Not a lot, but it was good value for money for the size of the property.
Would recommend if you were merely using this as a base. It is not a
luxury property by any means and as I did not see the so called wellness
centre as it was closed anytime I went down, I cannot comment, although,
I think this statement speaks for itself.
