Der direkte Zugang vom Hotel zur Therme und Saunabereich nd der Standort am Wald. Was etwas negariv war betraf nicht direkt das Hotel sondern die unklare Auskunft des Weges zum Fischerhaus. Da auch keine Ausschilderung vorhanden war, sind wir über 1 Std. gelaufen (keine Ortskenntnis vorhanden)

The hotel is one of the best I have been in Germany, Staff is nice and helpful, even in the restaurant, with excellent service. The hotel installations are in a perfect state. I have been several times and I will be going again when in the area. The restaurant is a bit expensive, It would be great if they have some kind of menus. The wireless signal is poro all around the hotel , must be improved, even the wifi is free.

Ho più volte soggiornato in questo hotel e per gli amanti della spa , ad un prezzo ragionevole , lo consiglio vivamente . Consiglio altresì di recarsi all spa dalle 19.00 in poi . ( chiude alle 23.00 ! ) . Ottimo il ristorante . Il bar e le zone comuni sono veramente di poco comfort .

Sehr schön sind der Schwimmbereich (Spassbad, Schwimmbad, Saunabereich etc.). Nicht so toll fand ich dagegen das Zimmer. Es ist recht klein, wirkt eher nüchtern und unterkühlt. Da hätte man bestimmt ohne viel Aufwand das Zimmer freundlicher gestalten können.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß und schön gestaltet, im Sommer wäre der große Balkon/Dachterasse super schön zu nutzen gewesen. Angenehm ist der direkte Zugang zur Therme, sowie die unkomplizierte Nutzung dieser.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Direkt am Hotel gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.In der Therme könnte aber einiges verbessert werden.Wenn man im Schwimmbadbereich liegen möchte, muss man sich auf enormen Gestank vom Fritierfett des SB-Restaurants einstellen (Bademantel und Handtuch rochen nicht nach Chlor vom Wasser,sondern nach Pommesbude), sowie die Lautstärke des Wasserfalls, welcher den ganzen Tag an war. Würde er zwischendurch mal für eine Stunde abgestellt werden, wäre es um einiges angenehmer.

Nice Hotel and staff, be prepared for a very naked sauna experience which we found quite startling not being as unreserved as the Germans, especially as the facilities were very well used by the locals. Parking not always easy when the local football teams play on the adjacent pitches as we found when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Rooms very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Thermenhotel. Nice breakfast and good overall facilities for the money it costed. The pool/spa area may have seen it's best days but is still very good. You get a free voucher on check out day for accessing the pool/spa an extra day which was very nice! Some parts of the pool area needs a restoration.
