Lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Great hotel restaurant which was busy and had a bit more atmosphere than most hotel restaurants I've been to. Nice food and wine and reasonably priced. The spa facilities are beautiful and you can use them after you've checked out. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location on the lake with great views and a 20 minute walk into Fussen- a really picturesque little town. Staff were friendly and very helpful- in particular, Wolfgang gave us some help arranging trips and money saving ideas. Food was very good- especially the breakfasts.Beds extremely comfortable and showers great. Would highly recommend!

Amazing location and walkable to town, which was outstanding. Staff was so friendly. The balcony's are nice but someone below us was smoking which pretty much ruined one night and the staff wasn't able to resolve this issue on a timely basis.

Everything really an imaging hotel and valuable for every cent and the town is near by if you want to go shopping or eating, as well as the hotel is providing free boat trip, free bycele and very nice breakfast, I totally n strongly recommend this hotel, There should be an entrance or a door on the parking side as well as the lake side.

Расположение: тишина, берег озера, горы, исторический центр, замки, пешеходные маршруты :) Безупречная чистота номеров, отличное состояние оборудования в номере :) Формат устройства строения отеля: SPA-процедуры доступны в любую погоду благодаря наличию "зимнего" перехода к изумительному подогреваемому открытому бассейну с минеральной соленой водой :) Коммуникабельный персонал :) Наличие бесплатной парковки в непосредственной близости :) Наличие оборудования для вело- и водных прогулок, его отличное состояние :) Очень обильные и разнообразные завтраки с обязательным наличием свежих фруктов :) По-русски говорят только официанты и сотрудница SPA-салона Марина (в таком посещаемом историческом месте... :(

Prima lokatie om Neuschweinstein te bezoeken. (sommige kamers geven uitzicht op de beide kastelen). Zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de balie. Goede en vooral rustige uitvalsbasis om de ganse streek te verkennen (bergwandelingen, Ettal, Linderhof, Partnachklamm, Zugspitze) Verbleven hier 5 nachten en hebben er extreem van genoten. Dineren in het hotel is vrij duur en de keuze is beperkt. Op slechts 20 minuten wandelen ben je echter in Füssen waar een ruime keuze aan restaurants is.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen hervorragend. Wir waren nur einen Tag und eine Nacht da aber haben uns so wohl gefühlt und erholt als wären wir mehrere Tage da gewesen. Super Hotel.

месторасположение, природа, близость города и замков. отличные завтраки, хорошая кухня. наличие бассейнов и велнеса, комфортабельные комнаты. нет русских и других европейских телевизионных каналов, кроме немецких.

Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer und kein Wasserkocher für Tee, das sind Dinge die wir für den Preis erwarten. Keine Rechnung für das Abendessen und auf der Speisekarte sind keine Preise, zu dem ist das Essen- Angebot sehr rar und teuer. Wir sind keine Milionäre, also möchten wir auch den Preis wissen und eine Rechnung haben. Selbst wenn wir reich wären, will ich doch den Preis wissen!

Las vistas desde el desayuno y las piscinas. La cercania al lago. El desayuno muy completo. Si no tienes el regimen de media pension, no se puede elegir mesa en el restaurant por la noche, a pesar que esten libres. Realmente nos resulto molesto.
