Big Room That they had problems with the Key-Cards. Almost everyone had to go to the reception to get his cars activated again. They know the problem but it seems that they dont care. Also I forgot my mobile charger in the room. Not only they didnt find it but also they didnt care. Last time that I have visited this hotel.

Very helpful staff, large room, everything clean. Good jogging in the nearby Olympic Park. A bit removed from the center, but with the nearby tram line you can quickly get to Schwabing or the city center. There are no restaurants or nightlife in the immediate vicinity.

I asked for a NON-smoking room and when we arrived we were on the 2nd floor and were told that the entire 2nd floor was non-smoking. On entering the room it reeked of smoke and had an ashtray on the table. I returned to the desk and was told that the hotel was booked and I had a non-smoking room and floor. I returned with the ashtray and they could not explain how or why it was in my room. It was very unpleasant especially because the towels were laiden with smoke and we didn't realize it until getting out of the shower. I would not go back.

Nice room with plenty of space. I got a room just next to the elevators. They are very noisy and woke me up several times every night/morning. Be sure to ask for a room away from the elevators.

Large room. Easy to get in to city center on tram or bus. Hotel staff is mostly helpful but there is one girl who seemed severely inconvenienced by me trying to talk to her. Pillows are pretty much a small piece of down comforter. Wifi is 10 Euro? That is ridiculous by even 1995 standards. Who rated this a 4 star? Maybe 3. Not at all worth the price they charge. Much better in Munich for less.

After we moved from an old single bed smoker room into our actual one, we were pretty pleased with it. The room was modern with a beautiful shower and a large safe which was useful for all the xmas presents we had to lock away. At first we were presented with a old school single smoker room in the 7th floor. That was a bit weired as we clearly checked in as a couple and had booked a double room for non-smokers. They gave us an alternative room without a problem and hence we were pretty happy overall.

The size of the room and the service everywhere including at the bar It was difficult for tourists like us to get to the city centre. There should be more user friendly information for tourists

It was very expensive and not worth the money spent. The Staff was not friendly and the room was not very impressive. Our Patio door was broken, our carpet was dirty and the hotel does not offer any ammenities to cover the cost of the room. The next time I visit munich I will stay in a hostel and be just as comfortable.

We booked for three nights and we left after 2 and they did not charge us for it. Service was horrbile. We could not sleep as the elevator was so loud and we asked to change. The receptionist said that this is not possible and would not even check in the system.

the room is quite big and spacious. haven't got such big room before. a very nice walk-in wardrobe. plenty of storage space. there is a strange odour in the room, not very pleasant. the receptionists are not very warm and helpful. one girl was very indifferent, but others are okay. when the room card is inserted to get electricity, the TV set will be automatically switched on for several seconds. A loud noise will come out of the TV. it can be very terrifying when the light is still not on.

Great location for access to Olympic Park, only about 15 minutes walk through the park to the stadium. 10 minute walk to underground and another 10 by tube to the city centre. Good size, clean rooms. The location was nice and quiet and I had a good night's undisturbed sleep. Ours was fairly basic for a 4*, but perfectly adequate for the money. Some of our friends had a refurbished room, which had a more modern bathroom. Stephanie Lutz on reception in the mornings was particularly helpful. If I were going to an event in the Olympic Park I would definitely stay there again. Although the website says there is parking available without reservation, this was full when my friends arrived in the afternoon. There is on street parking (which is cheaper), but care needs to be taken not to park outside the hotel as it is permit parking only after 6pm. We found a space a short distance away, which was fine. My experience with the staff was good, but the afternoon staff were not very helpful to my friends when they tried to check in.

The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good and the personnel extremely helpful, even with unusual and difficult situations. Considering the size of the room itself, the bathroom could be slightly larger.

Clean and reasonably priced when compared to other Hotels during a conference & exhibition week (prices double ordinarily). The main reception / dining areas appeared to have been upgraded resently. Although a 10 - 15 minute walk to the u-bahn, the line takes you directly to the Messe fairground. As with many older Hotels, all the money on upgrades seems to have been spent on the main reception / lobby and restaurant areas but with nothing spent on rooms! The rooms, although comfortable enough, are dated and in a major need of refurbishment.
