The personnel in the hotel was very friendly and the room was clean. Also, the granted wish for a room from the upper floors and with a balcony was much appreciated |

Excellent breakfast buffet - over the average. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Excellent value for money (but promotion prices - half of the normal price) Waiting time to check in and out unacceptable long (10-15 mins waiting in a queue each time). Only one person in the reception desk is obviously not enough. Otherwise, I would have rated the service as "excellent". |

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Vitalis war angenehm. Wir kamen hauptsächlich nach München um ein Konzert im Olympiapark zu besuchen, und die Lage des Vitalis war perfekt. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut sortiert, der Kaffee excellent und die Servicekräfte sehr freundlich. Am check in ist zu bemängeln das einige Herrschaften recht unhöflich waren, andere dafür sehr nett und extrem hilfreich. Im Badezimmer war gar keine möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen, dass ist etwas nervig. An der Rezeption waren eine Dame und ein Herr die unhöflich, abrupt und genervt waren, andere hingegen war super nett und zuvorkommend. |

Sehr nette Belegschafft und 1A Frühstücksbuffet! Ruhige, große, saubere und sehr helle Zimmer. Die Hoteleigenen Stellplätze sind sehr teuer (13 Euro pro Tag) und es gibt auch keine anderen Parkmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung! (Alles Anwohnerparkplätze) |

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil es nahe am Olympiapark liegt. Das Hotel ist schon sehr alt und könnte eine Renovation vertragen. Im weiteren finde ich das die Parkkosten bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel inklusive sein sollten. Wie immer werden im Internat die besten Zimmer abgebildet was nicht der Realität entspricht |
