The view from our hotel room was excellent, we could see a great view of Munich City centre and the Bavarian Alps beyond. The location was also excellent being a short walk to the Olympic Park. |

that we were able to check in 2 hours before the given check in time of 14.00 maybe the parking could be more of a service and costs less... some clothing hooks in the bathroom would be handy |

Staff went out of their way to help, (had a bit of a fender bender in garage), Serge handled all details for the Insurance claims and questions. All Staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and more than helpful with all inquiries. |

There was an extra charge for the use of a WiFi connection, and separate vouchers ahd to be purchased at the reception. In this day and age, every hotel should have an easier way to access the Internet. |

Was very disappointed in the location of the hotel as we believed it was much closer to the city centre- far too far to walk, Everything else was okay including a good sized room..... When will European hotels have free tea and coffee making facilities as are provided in the rest of the world? |

Breakfast, huge room When I arrived at the hotel at 23:00, nobody at the reception, then came a receptionist but, instead of registering my arrival, he started to check some bills with a waitress, I had to wait 15 min before receiving my room key. |

Very close to the Olympic grounds and a good place to stay outside of Munich - great view of the skyline from balcony. Well placed to get to and from the airport. |

Breakfast was good. Rooms look like refurbished in 1872. The bathroom is so small you cant open the door without stumbling across the toilet. Service is not present (e.g. it took the staff about 30 minutes to realize and ask me if I wanted some coffee at breakfast.....) |

Friendly environment. Room was spacious and clean. Service was excellent. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Lobby area was stocked with brochures for a large variety of activities in the surrounding community. Newspapers and postcards were available. If there was one thing to mention, it would be the lighting in the room. There were three lamps in the room. One lamp by the bed. One lamp on the table by the television. And a floor lamp. There was no overhead light fixture in the middle of the room. |

The personnel in the hotel was very friendly and the room was clean. Also, the granted wish for a room from the upper floors and with a balcony was much appreciated |

Excellent breakfast buffet - over the average. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Excellent value for money (but promotion prices - half of the normal price) Waiting time to check in and out unacceptable long (10-15 mins waiting in a queue each time). Only one person in the reception desk is obviously not enough. Otherwise, I would have rated the service as "excellent". |
