Vino, caffè, the e 10min di massaggi a gratis.Gentilezza dal personale Camere con troppi gingilli inutili (fascine appoggiate al muro, oggetti inutili... cassetta da frutta al posto del comodino)... un pò tresh.

Although on your web site, the hotel was indicated as 4stars hotel, the hotel was somehow like motel. It combines buildings with two floors without escalator and without any bell boy to bring the suitcases to the second floor,where the rooms locate. The hotel was very far from the Hannover city and this matter was not mention on the hotel's specification

Not much, worth maximum 50Euro night byt due to the fair time we had to pay double. Oh, breakfast was good! Expensive reataurant, basement located rooms with pavement level window view, overstarred (worth ** only)

The hotel was great. The rooms are decorated with a theme and we're stayed in the Provence Room. The room was big and bright and clean too. The bathroom was big and clean, with 2 sinks bathtube and shower. The staff was very kind and helpful. I will reccomend this hotel to everyone. Unfortunately is pretty far from the city centre.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very expensive for what it is. Am of the opinion that prices were raised because of trade show in Hannover during this week.

Very nice and helpful staff. The lobby offers you free drinks and a computer with internet connection. Breakfast is also nice. For dinner I would recommend the Bufallo Steakhouse, just 2 minutes walking distance. It is a pity that the nearest tram station is so far from the hotel. Also, for short business trip, I would prefer a less expensive hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Hervorragendes Wasserbett. Ansprechende Saunalandschaft. Aussergewöhnlich ist die kostenfreie Versorgung an der Minibar und der stets verfügbare Tee und Kaffe, Cappuccino und Espresso. Auch Herzäpfel stehen kostenlos zum Verzehr bereit.Aber am besten hat uns die ausgesuchte Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit des Personals gefallen. Dies gilt auch gleichermaßen für das angschlossene Restaurant. Sehr gutes italienisches Essen und exzellenter Service. Es gab keinen Kritikpunkt

Hotel is prima. Helaas hadden ze net nieuwe matrassen en die waren enorm hard. Ze hebben dit naar alle mogelijkheden goed opgelost. Restaurant is zeer goed, ontbijt is normaal. Alleen de bediening bij het ontbijt is dramatisch. Een ober loopt heel de tijd rond en pakt alles direct van je tafel. Verder alles goed en schoon.

Sehr innovativ gestaltetes Hotel mit äusserst freundlichem und flexiblen Personal. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auffallend sind auch spezielle Details, wie z.B. eine kleine Sanduhr, wenn man Tee bestellt hat um den Tee entsprechend ziehen zu lassen. Das Creativ-Team dieses Hotels hat gute Arbeit geleistet. Aus meiner Sicht ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Het hotel nodigde ons uit om een keer terug te komen, maar de prijs weerhoud ons hiervan. We hadden namelijk een zeer scherpe aanbieding, anders hadden we nooit dit hotel gekozen. De bedden zijn erg goed, echter de dekens waren wat smal. Maar de kamer was goed verwarmed, dus hadden we hier weinig last van. De sauna was oke, niet groot, maar we waren met zijn tweeën dus hadden alle ruimte voor ons. Het ontbijt was ook erg goed. Het hotel personeel was zeer zekers vriendelijk en behulp zaam. Om van het hotel naar het centrum te gaan was wel enigsinds lastig. Met de bus en vervolgens met de tram waren we hier na een goede 20 minuten. Het centrum van Hannover was wel leuk dus dat maakte de reis het waard. De taxi terug naar het hotel kosten ons net geen 20 euro.
