First of all, it was difficult to get in touch with the owners. We wanted to get in touch with them, beacuse we thought stuff wasn't ok.
(1) Everyone have to pay 60 Euro for cleaning, but our room wasn't totally clean.
Microwave oven was dirty, carpets in hallway & livingroom was dirty and not vaccumed. The floor in the bathroom had dust and stuff in the corners.
In the livingroom and bedroom has a lot of knick-knacks. Those knick-knacks don't all get dusted. I had to move a willow-figure outside the apartement, because I was uncomfortable with the layer of dust inside.
(2) When I called the owner prior to our visit, I asked if I had to bring stuff, like towels. She answered me that everything would be at our service. We arrived, and saw that there was towels, but no showergel, handsoap or spare toiletpaper :(
In the kitchen there was 1 tea-towel ( to dry dishes), but no kitchen cloth. We were staying for 4 days, and had only 1 tea-towel. There was not even plastic bags for the bins.
(3) The first day we were there, I called them up and said that there were these things that we were missing, and that the kettle for hot water didn't work.
Later when we came back there was a new kettle for us and 1 tea-towel more.
That's all. :(
We had a lot of space for just 2 persons. There was a fridge, kettle, microwave oven and we could use the washer and drier downstairs.
It's next to a Ubahn station.
I didn't have all the money for the rent when we arrived, and the owner was kind to give us the key, and let us pay the rest later.
