Jens Young couple Düsseldorf, Germany March 21, 2011	Wir haben eine Veranstaltung in einer nahegelegenen Halle besucht. Die Lage des Hotels war insofern optimal. Am Frühstück (Eier frisch nach Wunsch auf Bestellung, ansonsten Buffet) haben wir ebenfalls nichts auszusetzen. Auch der Service beim Frühstück war in Ordnung. Entscheidendes Kriterium für unsere Buchung eines etwas teureren "Komfort-Zimmers" waren die Fotos zu dieser Katergorie. Hier werden sehr moderne und anscheinend renovierte Zimmer (u.a. mit Flachbildschirm etc.) gezeigt. Hingegen haben wir - entgegen unserer Buchung - ein Zimmer erhalten, von dem Fotos unter der Kategorie "Standard-Doppelzimmer" eingestellt sind. Dieses Zimmer entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen, wie sie durch die Fotos zu "Komfort-Zimmern" gewdckt werden. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass wir in der Nacht zuvor in einem frisch rnovierten Zimmer eines 4-Sterne-Hotels in Sindelfingen für 50,00 EUR (ohne Frühstück) übernachtet haben, haben wir den Preis von 92,00 EUR (inkl. Frühstück) für dieses Zimmer zudem als zu hoch empfunden. Außen am Zimmer verlief eine Rohrleitung (wahrscheinlich Abluft), die sich durch ein leises, aber stetiges Dröhnen bemerkbar gemacht hat, was von uns als störend empfunden wurde. Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht, da wir nichts von dem vorgefunden haben, was durch die Fotos zur "Komfort"-Kategorie suggeriert wird.
