Our hotel is located in the beautiful Siebenbergen hills in a gorgeous, quiet setting where you will feel at home and relax in a gentle atmosphere.

The Waldhotel Sophienhof is managed by Thomas Oharek and his team. The guests are the centre of our attention and we attempt to attain every wish. Our regular and conference guests appreciate our efforts to dare the impossible.

We dispose of 16 comfortable rooms with facilities appropriate for a 3 star superior hotel. Due to our excellent location every room offers a wonderful view over the green surroundings. Thus, you can look forward to sleep comfortably and quietly. Half of the rooms are exclusively reserved for non-smokers. The hotel provides wireless LAN for a relaxing working atmosphere.

The Waldhotel is situated amidst the mountains Siebengebirge. You can look forward to beautiful surroundings away from daily stress. Yet, you can reach the wonderful city of Bonn within 10 minutes as the motorway is only a few minutes from the hotel. A lot of fair visitors and business travellers appreciate the relaxing atmosphere of our hotel.

We were asked what time we would like breakfast and as we had a ferry to catch we requested 8.30, when we got downstairs everywhere was locked. Op een goeie afstand van allerlei faciliteiten. Lekker ontbijt ! Aanrader ! Wij waren er op maandag, dinsdag en woensdag. Maandag was rustdag en dinsdagavond was het restaurant 's avonds ook dicht... Op weg naar Koningswinter oppassen voor snelheidscontrole... Staat een flitser waar je maar 50km/u mag rijden na een stuk van 70km/u... Niet zo duidelijk en wij hadden prijs !
