Efficent friendly staff. Plenty of facilities for families. Food good. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Would have liked a kettle in the room to make a drink. Although water was supplied.

the staff I met were genuine helpful and friendly the hotel is in a quiet location at the edge of town with plenty of space around it a good selection of food at breakfast, attractively presented I liked the location: but note that it is a cab ride or 20 minute walk to the town centre

Vriendelijkheid personeel, bereikbaarheid, uitermate rustige ligging, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, goede mogelijkheden voor diner, niet exclusief. Ontbijt in de serre. Diner, wanneer niet in de serre opgediend, is in een ietwat steriele ruimte.

sehr ruhig, angenehm, freundliches Personal, Räume großzügig, allergikerfreundliche Betten, gutes Frühstück. Türrahmen des Badezimmers mit Wasserschaden unten. Angeblich wird an dem Problem gearbeitet.

Das Personal in der Bedienung war gut und freundlich Ich habe gebucht weil angegeben wurde dass ein Fitnessraum vorhanden sein sollte. Dies wahr nicht der Fall, unten an der Strasse ist ein Fitness-Studio wo man hingehen kann. Das Badezimmer wahr dreckig und in der Dusche fand ich Schimmel und Dreck. Die Besitzer fand ich auch nicht sehr freundlich, also nicht zu emphelen.

sehr idyllische Lage, ideal zum Joggen im Wald nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag üppiges Frühstücksbuffet mit netter Bedienung Wasser + Äpfel kostenlos im Zimmer WLAN wird erst kostenlos angepriesen, kostet dann aber 5,-, bei dem Zimmerpreis sollte das dabei sein als Serviceleistung! Teppichboden verfärbt und verschlissen, Zimmerausstattung entspricht nicht dem Preis

The Villa Waldeck was a comfortable, modern hotel with all the facilities one would expect from such a hotel. We were travelling to Eppingen as members of a UK brass band, to spend a weekend in Eppingen and give a concert in the town. The staff were helpful, very polite and spoke much better English than we spoke German!
