-excellent service/reception -excellent breakfast -excellent spa/pool, beauty centre. -2 bottles of water in room for free. -great location Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and relaxed!
It is a completely new hotel in the shopping district. Very advanced technologically and nicely decorated with all the 5 star amenities. Did not use paid WiFI as there was a computer in the room with high speed internet connected to TV screen. Very convenient. Guerlain SPA is definitely worth visiting. Romantic Cafe on the 1st floor is less so. Service is good in general but hotel is big, so do not expect any personal attitude at all. Probably unless you stay in a presidential suite.
Breakfast was good but plain simple. I really expected something much more elegant and exquisite from a breakfast served in a Michelin restaurant at 5 star hotel.
Absolutely everything in this hotel is perfect, staff were fabulous, room was amazing and I can't wait to go back.
Nothing to dislike whatsoever.
Really swanky hotel from the comfortable open lobby to the tv in the bathroom mirror. Staff were excellent - nothng was too much trouble. Had a big family meal in the restaurant and the staff dealt with our dietery requirements and small children with elegance and care. Amazing experience! Great place for a luxury Christmas break.
Nothing. I would definitely go back - finances permitting!
Location is great
Very poor Food And Beverage choices
I liked particularly a very friendly and professional customer service.
Probably, the only remark is a bit long waiting time for elevators.
Lovely hotel, great location, stayed in the Tower Suite and the view was fantastic. Located directly across from the bus and train stations which was a huge plus.
Arrived early for check-in (an hour beforehand) but still checked-in at the desk and staff followed up on seeing if room ready was ready which it wasn't.We Had some food in the hotel while waiting, were told room would be ready 20 minutes before normal checkin-in so waited around,it ended up our room was not ready till 40 minutes after the standard check-in time thus we could have went out to look around rather than having to wait in the lobby area as we were told it wouldn't be too long of a wait.Should have been a quicker process seeing as we arrived early.
Excellent quality room and generally good service. Car parking/concierge and reception staff all very competent and courteous.
Service in the one open restaurant (on the ground floor) was a disaster and the main restaurant was closed for a function on our first night which scuppered Plan A to eat there having arrived at 19.00Hrs. It would have been correct form to send guests an advisory note in advance. I prefer the hotels nearer The Brandenburg Gate for location
Everything from the hotel room to their services!!! Simply best of the best!!!!

In my opinion, it is cheap to charge 25 euro for wifi per day and 120 euro for a week. Include this in the price and avoid frustrations with customers.
the room was beautifully sized. Stayed in a standard room. Coffee machine was a bonus. The bar men in the Lang Bar were impeccable as was the server in the library. Can't fault the staff top to bottom
That wifi was ridiculously priced. This should be a standard inclusive even in the most posh of hotels. Leaves people with a bad taste 25 euros? The toiletries were irritatingly small as well. Water provided in the room was a bonus though. the entrance fee to the swimming pool as a guest, again is ridiculous. 15 euros I think if I wanted a 20 minute swim?!
The rooms are beautiful and extremely well thought out. We had a room with a view over half Berlin and enjoyed the central location and great staff!
The quality price relationship in the gourmet restaurant did not feel right. We were disappointed (bill for two > € 600 not 'overdoing' it).
It took a long time to check-in and even more time to check-out. The restaurant was closed on the evening I planned to visit it.
location is very good, beuatiful hotel facilities with large rooms and nice staff.
Any additional things are ridiculously expensive: Tea or coffee is Eur 12, internet is Eur 25 per day!!! Roomservice in general is very very expensive: we ordered 2 salads (starters; three bites pers salad) and paid Eur 50!). We also had to pay Eur 15 for the usage of the Spa, which was nice but as it turned out not included.
Everything was perfect. Great breakfast buffet. Staff extremely friendly.
Fee for wifi. Not appropriate for a 5-star hotel.
Very well designed and comfortable room
Absurdly overpriced breakfast, outrageous daily charge for internet use in room
excellent facilities and location
staff need further training in customer service and improved efficiency hotel interior a bit cold.. international hotels should have multi-national capable power sockets especially one so recent
Very well presented hotel, in a great location.
The room service was not very efficient. One request to bring a iron & ironing board to the room took over 45 minutes.
The room was very well organized with great facilities so you can feel as if you are at home... Friendly staff...
No water in the toilet !!!
How can you make a couple first timers in Berlin feel at home and welcomed ?.. Ask the professional Staff that run efficiently State of the art Facility in the heart of The City At the Park with all kinds of stations ,Train Subway Buses Taxis Sightseeing tourist Buses and for rent cars and bicycles. The Conciergery is run smoothly and efficiently,I send soccer Balls to California and got tickets and reservations for everything and the best restaurants for locals ,which me and my wife appreciate very much.cant wait to come back .
All but some of the pricing
prices for a coffee (any kind) are very un-Berlin > expensive!
Location; alot of walking distance places, the metro, zoo, bikini mall, a good selection of restaurants in the area, the spa- The extremely helpful staff and specially the concierges, helped me through an emergency, pointed out some wonderful restaurants and activities in the area. The bed was just extremely comfortable, after hours of walking and hanging out, it was the best place r to come back to, literally!
The room service would just open the door after a knocķ; like barging in- but thankfully it was stopped once I confronted them. Mini bar had an obsession of visiting 2 times a day which God kind of annoying.
Superb view.Superb bathroom with the heated floors and separate shower.Very comfortable bathrobe.Coffee machine and electric kettle.Bellboy
Reception guy was "unwelcoming". He also took my card and blocked 746 euro without any warning or explanation. That's not such a big deal, but i preffered to pay in cash,he must ask
The hotel is excellent but for one thing. They charge 25 euro (!) per day for wifi. In this day and age it is nothing less than robbery! It is cheaper to use roaming than to the hotel´s wifi. For a family with three children such as ours this would have cost us 125 euros per day. Ridiculous!
