The warm welcoming; we arrived tired and too early and they immediately took good care of us, giving us a room, even though we did not ask for it; the excellent management, seeing that everything was in order; the personnel was very polite; the breakfast was excellent; the cleanliness, the convenient location, very near the main central connections. The room was small, but for the money they charge and all the other benefits this does not matter. |

This must be our 5th stay at this hotel and we always are impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the efficientcy with which the hotel is run. Good for shops and tourist visits - also centrally located for business. |

Very clean, very well located near Karlsplazt and subway, really good and tasty breakfast, the personnel was friendly and helpful, overall i was very satisfied I would appreciate free wi-fi internet...My pillows were not that comfortable, as well as the bed covers, i didn't ask for a change though...Lower floors might find noise of the street a bit annoying...didn't like the smell in the hallways |

The staff is friendly, breakfast which comes together with the room price is reasonable, and the hotel is really walkable from the train station. A good stay. Pillows are too soft but that's not a big problem. |

Very close to train station and Marienplatz, City Center. Shopping close by. Breakfast was includes in price and was very nice. The staff were gracious and helpful. We could communicate in English which was a bonus. Typical, small, European hotel rooms, but very clean. We had to unexpectedly leave 1 day early and had to pay for that last night. |

The room was extremely clean and for the price category, very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and as many other guests have commented, breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I would choose to stay there again. |

It was convenient to Marienplatz. We were able to walk to most places and staff were very helpful if we needed taxi or advice. At night a little noisy. |
