Brought us a plate of fresh fruit on the first day. We came in late almost every night and the front desk gentleman, who also ran double duty in the bar, was a super nice fellow. the location is great - subway stop just a half block away; marienplatz is about a 5 minute walk.

Never took the fruit away. We had to put it in the hall even though it was pretty funky looking. It's a pretty loud neighborhood and the soundproof shades also keep out any cool breezes so you have to compromise.

Very pleasant staff . Nice big comfortable room and a very good variety of dishes for breakfast .

No coffee making facilities in room and no free internet

Hotel is next to the street and there was either noise in the night or high temperature. Hotel has anti-loud roulettes, but the air condition woul be a good idea, especially if You leave on the 1st floor :) But besides that, all the rest was very fine.

Loved the breakfast. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Loved having a bathtub although it was very small. The location was convenient. It had an elevator and free internet in the lobby.

We were in a party of 5. We had one double room which was just fine. The triple room on the other hand was very stuffy and being on the street side was very noisy. The three that stayed in that room were quite hot and uncomfortable all 4 nights and did not sleep well.

Location. Close to the train. Full breakfast.

We arrive late and the man at the reception managed us the dinner very kindly.

We damaged a lamp of the room and we have to pay 50euros per it.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Feel like in a family. Preparing breakfast at 3.00 A.M. was not a problem for them. Nice room - clean and silent. Shops, restaurants, old town centre, U-bahn, s -bahn to the airport are just "next door".

Wifi should be free in all rooms for that price. There are plenty striptease clubs, casinos and erotic shops nearby although they cause absolutely no problem, danger or noise.That is Munich :) a bit unpleasant smell on the stairways cage.

This is a very centrally located hotel, ideally situated for access to 'Old Munich' and minutes from central station and U Bahn. Staff were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and spoke very comfortably in a number of languages. There was a wide selection of good food for breakfast. We were very impressed.

The excellent arrangement - the hotel is close to the center and to the railway station, a magnificent breakfast with red fish and three types of tasty salads, clean room, the sympathetic stuff

We liked everything

Very close to city center. 15 minute walk from Marienplatz, etc. Rich breakfast. Closed garage facility next to hotel (extra €13/day)

Poor heating in the room. Could not be fixed during our stay (3 days). Just next to the sex shops. Therefore not good for young kids travelling with you.

They have the best breakfast I've ever had in any European hotels, (even in 4 stars!) n espresso machine in the room.

No WiFi

Breakfasts very nice, lots to eat. Centrally located to shops, foodstalls and train station.

Very good breakfast till 12-00, you can go skiing in the 8-30 and 10-30 to come for breakfast, a relaxing spa with outdoor pool, it's work from 7 am to 8 pm, to all the lifts close proximity

We liked location (just a short walk from the metro station Karlplatz) As a family with 3 children (5, 7and 9 years old) we liked the availability of a family accomodation (2 interconnected rooms) for 4 people (the 5 y.o. child using available bed was for free!) - at a reasonable price Existence of mini-bar (=small fridge :) There was a hair-dryer, and plenty of shampoo and glasses in the bathroom - this is convenient. Enough available space (on the ground floor) to place the skis and some other bulky luggage

One of the receptionists was a bit unfriendly. The impression is that the hotel needs some renovation.

Breakfast was absolutely great : fantastic choice and perfect quality.
