Location was the near the xmas markets and main train station, breakfast buffet was great , staff were friendly
The 2 nd double bed was not to comfortable
Friendly staff, good location and very nice breakfast
I am returning customer, everything was fine, especially breakfast and soundproof room was really silent
Location is perfect Breakfast fantastic Employees are very friendly
Good location, lovely breakfast and friendly staff.
Holes in the duvet which wasn't very good quality and no free tea/coffee in the room as this had to be purchased from reception
Location of hotel for Christmas markets. Location of hotel for subway. Excellent breakfast, set you up for the day. Fruit on bedroom. Email ahead and ask for room at back of hotel.
Area of hotel could appear a bit threatening at night if a loan traveller. Bedrooms are compact, bathroom very small and bath even smaller!
Breakfast was quite good
The room provided at the arrival was not the same booked. We required a French double bed and we found two beds. The room was dirty and very narrow. The outside area of the hotel was very dirty and not very friendly.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. The room was small but adequate and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was just five minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof and from Karlsplatz, near Marienplatz.
The area around the hotel is a bit seedy. Our room was very hot, even with the heating off, but it was too noisy to have the windows open. (We did borrow a fan on the third night - just wish we had thought to do so sooner.)
Excellent staff who were very helpful and spoke good English. Directions to places of interest was very good. Could purchase certain train tickets at the Reception Desk. Breakfast was sumptuous with both hot and cold variety.
There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes etc. Shower curtain the the bathroom was short which resulted in the shower water spilling over the bath tub. Wi-Fi was not very good and whereas we stayed for 4 nights, got free Wi-Fi for only 3 nights
Location..great breakfast selection..great helpful staff
Initially being informed free wifi only covered one item..two travellers..two smart phones meant having to purchase a 2nd wifi connection. . Staff did provide complimentary 2nd connection upon querying the deal of " free" wifi
Location is strategic. - close to main train station 5 mins walk. - close to New Town Hall. - Metros station is close by. - can easily find foods (McDonalds next to hotel). BREAKFAST is really good! I think their breakfast section is the memorable one for me, they serve really good food and fresh fruits! BATHROOM is the best part of the hotel. Cleanliness 10/10 for the bathroom.
Room is dirty. Especially the carpet of the room, is full of dirts. (You can obviously see its not being vacuum for a long time) Busy street nearby, mix people everywhere nearby hotel. Hotel is quite old (room is okay) but the lobby, lift, stairs is dark and fitted with old furniture. Room experience is so different from the pictures advertised. Staff service, have communication problem. (Does not really speak good English) WiFi is only available for ONE device. If they provide for all 3 might be more convenience.
The staff were very knowledgeable, you could buy your train tickets etc from the desk. They could advise you on local restaurants, and being just round the corner from 'party banana ' ( where all the clubs are),& 2 mins from the tube station made it absolutely ideal. The elderly guy on the all night shift was the best - nothing was too much trouble for him - even changed the music so we could dance whilst serving us drinks from the bar. Do go and have fun!!
The wi-fi arrangement was weird - fine if it was just for you. Another really small gripe - why were there no hooks in the bathroom - just for your bathrobe etc?a small, cheap thing to rectify!
simple hotel with friendly helpful staff.Very clean and great breakfast.
Location was excellent walking distance to main street and beside train station.
Booked a double room and got 2 single beds. Opted not to complain as it was a short stay I'm sure they would have accommodated us.
One of the reception staff was cheerful and friendly and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel has had a decent makeover, but....
We stayed in November and the room heating was too hot, and the windows couldn't be opened at night because of the noise of people, traffic and sirens outside. There was only a sheer curtain on the window, so the lights from the outside street - bars, theatre, gambling shops - kept the room light all night. A poor night's sleep was had. Most of the staff (reception/breakfast) seemed indifferent to guests and not enjoying their work that much. The location is close to the city centre, but where it is works against it as well, in the commercial zone close to the central railway station. We had a triple room, but it didn't seem as spacious as the photo on the web and was a bit of a squeeze. I would definitely look for somewhere else next time.
Breakfast is pretty good but the food is not good quality.
The internet connexion is only for 1 device! So, you cannot connect you computer and your phone. If you're a couple...
The breakfast, and the Location are excellent. The beds are good, rooms clean. I can recommend the hotel. People sometimes complain about details, but the rooms are in a good shape and condition.
To the people who complain, and can only complain, why are they travelling? For the Hotel or any other purpose. It is a 3* Hotel and it is excellent for every *. Please stop complain about to small rooms and no free W-Lan, WiFi, and other nonsense stuff.
Closeness to the station. Halal food options available. Parking close to the hotel.
Neighbourhoods. Room not comfortable specially double bed not available.
very friendly and caring staff, central location, nice balcony to the backyard
Spacious room, spotlessly clean, quiet, excellent breakfast (an amazing range of food!), well-stocked frigobar, kind staff : if I return to Munich I shall certainly stay there again
Location was perfect, few minutes from Marienplatz and also few minutes from the Central Station. Good breakfast, very wide selection of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and very comfortable. An excellent hotel to stay in Munich.
EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE BATHING SITUATION
BATHTUB WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN & OUT OF WHEN USING IT FOR SHOWERING
Staff was friendly, breakfast was great!
Only one wifi password was provided per room, and the second one needed to be paid for. This should have been mentioned online in the terms when booking.
