Very helpful staff (we don't speak German). Easy U-bahn access. Everything in the room worked well, including the free wireless internet. the breakfast buffet was overpriced at 19 euros - there was a discount voucher we found out about from the front desk on our last day. Good coffee and great rolls/pastries around the corner. |

It is difficult to open the doors on the way to the rooms when you have to carry a suitcase. Also signboards to the elevators should be in English. |

Quiet location, but right by tube (U2) to get anywhere. Comfortable, clean, modern interior and good value for money. Supermarket very close by. |

We had an excellent stay at Wallstreet. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. The location was perfect for a citytrip. Unbelivable that we where in the previous East Berlin. |

The hotel is really value for money! But nothing else! Prices for anything else was outregiously overpriced (breakfast, drinks/ food at the bar, internet). |

During our short stay (May 15-19) we were impressed by the available facilities, the exceptional quality of service we recieved, the high standards of cleanliness in our room, and last but definately not least the friendliness of each individual member of the staff towards us. We would definately call at Park Plaza Wallstreet again on our next visit to Berlin and of course recommend it to others. |

Rooms were tidy and comfortable, more than enough space, bathroom ok, metro station just around the corner, staff was very helpfull, very quiet, safe + water boiler is a plus, certainly value for money Breakfast too expensive |

First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the rooms and the bed,they were comfortable and nicely designed. Finally, it was centrally located and we could easily go everywhere. Our towels were not changed one day but I guess it happened by mistake. |

Modern clean hotel very close to underground station. Breakfast was absolutely marvellous with great choice. Rooms were lovely and quite. Really no complaints. Our only problem was when we arrived in Berlin we went to the wrong Park Plaza hotel. Obviously there's two in Berlin. |

Special design of room, reception-lobby, bar and restaurant! Perfect breakfast-boufet! Very close to metro and nice neighborhood ! Very polite staff! The design of the room was gorgeous but no privacy in the bathroom because the glass door did not close properly . |
