Convience beside station (U2) 2 stops to Stadtmitte, size of room, Good bed, Breakfast 17 euro to expensive, staff a bit impersonal,Guest relations manager would be helpful maybe between 10.00 hrs and 12.00 hrs.Charge for water 5 euro? We could not top up coffee machine which only had one large cup and one expresso for two people I would never use bathroom water for tea or coffee as I have worked in hotels for the past 15 years as Facilities Manager to a large Hotel chain. We did not get our extras as promised may be bath robe when you upgrade should be standard.

The worlds stingiest hotel. There was coffee and tea in the room, almost hidden, and for some reason only one pack of cafeinated coffee and some days none. They only had one tiny bottle of shampoo and soap and for two people sharing a room it's a constant debate who will use how much. The room was very cold and the heating was incapeable of warming it up. The biggest problem is that even though I had booked a non-smoking room, we were on a smoking floor and room and it smelled of smoke all the time and everywhere. It may want to be a 4 star hotel but it most certainly is not! And finally for some unknown reason they are still holding some money on my card some 10 days later... Poor, poor service! Nice bathroom decor and nice carpets. It seems they renovated recently.

This is my second visit to the hotel. The hotel is still great in location, price and design. This time we have booked the smaller room. Mistake. I suggest only booking the medium range and higher. Also this time I wanted to use the gym, as I am doing sports very seriously. The gym is not really a gym. it is very small , no running machine and the worse thing - it smelled horrible from wetness and there is no proper ventilation in the place. It is not maintained properly. Also there is no music in the gym, only german channells. I was very disapointed from this and it caused me big disapoitment. I trully love this hotel and therefore it is hard for me not to recommend it - so If you are looking for doing sports on your time of travel this hotel is not appropriate and dose not provide the service... For all other travellers, the hotel is great . I am not sure if I will book it next time or not . The gym is not mainatined properly - it smelled horrible and there is no ventilation in the place. Also there is no music in the gym - just german channells. Couldn't use it because of the smell. I complained about it - but they didn't do anything. Also it is very small and there is no running machine.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Park Plaza Wall Street Berlin. The room was extremely attractive and well-equipped, especially considering the price. The staff were friendly and competent. For us the location is wonderful: peaceful yet offering easy access to public transportation and close both to major tourist destinations (especially Museums Island) and to several lively and diverse areas with numerous cafés, restaurants and shops.

The hotel is in a good location--close to museum island (10 minute walk) and all major sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the location is generally good, there's a black-hole of sorts in terms of eateries or even shops close to the hotel. So be prepared to either go hungry/thirsty or pay the hotel's rather high rates for breakfast, drinks, etc.

Room was clean (although some fragrance had been used when cleaning) and nice and really quiet. Bathroom glass door did not provide much privacy. Minibar was quite expensive, as well as breakfast. Location was good, except the metro stop nearby was under renovation. There's not much to do near the hotel (no shops or restaurants) so always need to travel somewhere.

The theme of the hotel was great, as was the modern design and friendly staff. Our room had minor problems which should never have been there - our bathroom door didn't close and had a huge hole in it, which gave the person using it absolutely no privacy whatsoever. But the place overall was great, would definitely stay there again.

Nice and clean rooms, good and quiet location between two U-bahn stations. Unfriendly and not very helpful staff. We booked a double room 3 months before our trip. But when we arrrived on the evening of 31 December we found out that without notifying us the receptionist gave us the key to a tiny single room with one bed and one small extra bed! When we came back to the reception desk, the hotel staff told us they were sorry, it was their mistake and the single room was only for 1 night (the most expensive one). They promised to upgrade our room for free and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine, but the New Year's Eve was spoiled for us. It was an awful night on a short and uncomfortable folding bed for almost 200 euros! We'll never stay in this hotel again.

Location Nothing is included in the (not cheap) price of the room, no free internet (they offer it for first 24 hours but it is slow, and very difficult to connect to. Had to ask the desk 4-5 times for different login/passwords before it worked.). Breakfast is 17 eur. Parking on the street 14 EUR/day. Bathroom is separated by a thin glass wall with a door that doesn't close all the way- no privacy and uncomfortable, you can see, hear and smell everything. It could be a comfortable hotel but you just don't feel like you're getting your money's worth.

This place has no character and comes across as a cheap place that has seen better times... They put us up in ''non-smoker'' room that smelled like an ash tray. We tried to get the room swapped but they were difficult about it. We had booked for 3 nights but checked out after the first one and move to the Hilton at Gendarmen Markt. The difference could not have greater. Do not stay here unless you have to....

We stayed during New Year Eve. The hotel is perfect. The only minus was that the standard room was very small but there was everything we needed. The space is very well organized. They have breakfast vouchers in the room, so breakfasts were significantly cheaper with this voucher (12.50 euro) instead of 17 euro mentioned on their site. It was a trifle but a very pleasant one. We liked the hotel very much.

Excellent staff, nice sauna, decent accommodations The "free wifi" was very inconvenient to use and too slow to do many things. Also, although not at all the fault of the excellent staff there, many hotel policies were not guest-friendly, and they cut corners and charged a great deal for small services. When we first checked in, our room was dingy and dirty, but when we informed the hotel staff, they immediately apologized and upgraded us to a nicer room.
