location was alright - close to the subway and about 20 minutes walking distance to the center. It is hardly possible to call a small room in the basement as a SPA. For four star hotel SPA was very small, old, and dirty. |

I went on this trip with a friend and the room with twin beds was very comfortable and spacious enough.The location was excellent - within a short walk form the Gendarmarkt with all its lovely eateries and bars and also very near Alexanderplatz and the Museum island. The "3 minute" taxi service also very efficient at this location! I did think €3 each for a small bottle of diet coke from the bar was scandalous?! |

This hotel is located on the U2 U-ban train. 2 stops from Alexander Plazza. There is a lot of Groups coming over so quite crowdy early morning / evening. If you are coming with a booking.com reservation, good offer you will not find a bath roe or slippers unless you ask for it. And when you do so, you will be reminder that you did not booked a superior room and may upgrade.. Except that small details, our stay was very pleasant |

The free internet use is poor. To get decent access you have to pay. It's a poor service. Moreover, on the site internet service is described as free of charge. |

The room was nicely decorated and big. The service was excellent. The location, although close to a metro stop, is quite boring. But it is easy to get to most locations in the city by train. |

Location is good. Very close to u-bahn station. Very clean room, and very new too.Overall good experience. corridor are full of doors, have to go through 4 or 5 doors before we get to our room. it makes it hard to guest to access from the lift to room... |

This hotel is very well situated for city discovery. Rooms are large and very clean. Funny design. One of our rooms was too close to the elevator, which was rather noisy (noticeable by night) - we didn't ask for a change, though. We got one room with shower, the other with bath, which was oK for us, but could have been noticed when getting the keys. Hotel staff was either very helpfull, or rather rough, depending on the people we got access to. |

Personnel was very nice and gentle. Dining possibilities till late. The bathroom was very well equipped. Well communicated; walking routes nearby. Not specially, everything was ok. |

It was quiet and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before and each time there are more problems on arrival. They over book, so I had to really fight for my room even though it was pre-paid. Each room I was put in did not have the facilities I required, in the end it was a compromise. Check-in was at 2, they could not find me a room until 3. Another party (pre-booked) turned up after me and they had no rooms. I would not stay at this hotel again. It should not be a fight every time you arrive. Breakfast is expensive, many of the rooms have no irons so you have to wait for room service who often don't arrive at all. They are understaffed. This hotel was fantastic when it opened, now it is looking very 90's and tired. I suspect it is a management issue. |

the hotel feels quite new, the rooms had AC and its location is great for city trip and also in a quite street but near a U-Bahn station and not far from Alexander platz. the staff was very helpful, beds were super comfortable and bathroom very clean. didn't try breakfast though since it's extra and we went to eat outside. |
