Room was excellent , helpful staff, 1 minute from the underground (you can also walk to the centre, it is very close)
Breakfast was lovely, quiet and tranquil good location for the city and public transport and access to the airport shonefeld,
Lovely bright and airy room with excellent facilities Superb breakfast. Quiet Central location with U bahn on doorstep Very friendly and helpful staff, especially reception. Early check-in at 12 noon
Expensive drinks and food but not a problem as we went out most of the time. Nothing else!
well located.easy walks to main locations.
Taxi arrives exactly three minutes after the call from reseption!;)
The sound of the washing machine all night, I lived in 506((
Was just a little disappointed that I put in a request that it's was going to be my partners 40th birthday and my brothers girlfriends 30th to see if they could do either a up grade whether it being a room .. Bottle of champagne or a meal there was told request had been added but we received nothing so bit disappointed .. As hotel was lovely!
Great hotel in a quiet but central location, right next to a subway station. Rooms are very nice and spacious, staff is very friendly as well.
Even at the discounted rate breakfast is a bit expensive and cost as much as a proper lunch or dinner. Other meals in the menu were also too expensive.
Staff Great smat TV
Bathroom door Shower Elevator was broken and stopped always on 4th floor Coffee in the room
Very friendly staff, especially the 3 guys at the bar. The Hotel is very central and you can walk nearly everywhere. 2 Undergroundstations are only 1 minute walks from the hotel. Bed is very comfortable.
Prices in the Hotel are very high, cocktails 10-12Euro and Breakfast 17.50. In Fairness the Breakfast Buffet is brilliant and has anything you would like, but we went around the corner to a little bakery and got really nice big breakfasts for half the price. Bar Prices around Berlin are alot cheaper too. But the hotelbar is very nice and convenient for a drink before bedtime.
location of hotel
Insect bites from room
The location was good and the bed was nice enough.
First they overcharged me for my deposit, then a week after I checked out I still have to get my deposit back. The staff has been very unhelpful and only keeps telling me that I'll get my deposit back soon. Definitely overpriced and not worth the risk of having to through the possible mistake of an overcharged deposit.
rooms were very clean, sheets and towels fluffy and super clean, price great and the breakfast is Noch immer im flughafen
Good shower, good beds, in room safe, clean, friendly staf, u-Bahn U2 within 300m walking distance
Lift took ages Breakfast is quite expensive, tip: book without breakfast and have breakfast somewhere else.
Comfort Close to city center and metro station Breakfast Kind personnel
Area close to hotel a bit dead Hallways and reception not very welcoming
At 8am turn on a ventilation in bathroom and turn off at 8pm!!! You could not turn off it!!!!!! Hire new clean woman Repare accesories
Location and staff
Location Room was spacious
Very expensive place Everything had extra charge €80 deposit was much to expensive Everything in the mini bar was overpriced and very small Got locked out of our room Restaurant overpriced Basically not worth that much money as you always have to pay more
I totally recommend this hotel. The location is great, nice street and really really close to U2 station which is the most convenient line to get around. Also if you go with a better weather walking distance form city center around 15 min or less I believe. Value for money. I will stay again whenever I go to Berlin.
Great location. Very quiet and nice area. Cosy room and great service.
Room could be a little bit bigger.
Comfy beds, and some helpful staff.
Cleaning of the room was not always conspistant- tissues, coffee pods etc not always replaced. Breakfast could have been included. Some staff were helpful however some were a little off hand
Good location, very close to metro, walkable to local german restaurants, cosy and comfortable, nice sauna.
Gym is a bit small, cinema is a bit too expensive for private use, reception was helpful, but did not reply to my email and was not very welcoming...
- Perfect location - Large room - Friendly reception
- Complicated Wi-Fi login (each day registration with redirection) - Problem with cleaning (seems that is because of NY) - Pre-lock 100E and only from credit card (seems it is common for Germany)
Good location right outside a subway. Alexanderplatz/Museum Island areas only 10 minutes by foot. Excellent breakfast - kept us going until the evening.
Bathroom was a bit dusty when we arrived - made me think that we were the fist guests since a while. Bar prices somewhat expensive considering we weren't right in the centre of town.
My boyfriend and I had a very nice stay here! We included breakfast in the rate and the spread was very good with hot food as well as breads and yogurt. The room was clean, bed was great for me (not quite soft enough for my boyfriend), the bathroom was large and modern. The tv was nice and there were a few English channels too! The area was a little quiet, but there are a few restaurants very close and the U Bahn super close even though most large attractions like Alexanderplatz and Brandenberg Tor are walkable.
Had to ask for an iron but we were able to keep it for the rest of our stay. Would be nice if there was a vending machine because a bottle of water at the bar was extremely expensive!
