トランクの重さを量りたくて質問をしたら体重計を貸してくれました。本当に親切で、インターネットの料金も- とても安かったです。２４時間で６ユーロは安い！トラムでＭａｒktplatzまで行き、トラムの進行方向- に向かって左に曲がってまっすぐいくと見つけられます♪ |

市内中心部から至近に位置する利便性の良さと、朝食の食堂の豪華さとその内容にとても満足しました。無線L- ANによるインターネットは1晩6ユーロで使用することができ、こちらも快適でした。部屋も広いので快適に- 過ごせます。 |

I thought the breakfast was excellent and the barman on the only evening we had a drink in the bar was very amicable We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and I personally drank the water on the first night, this was not replaced or even the glass used was not changed. I also think charging hotel guests 7euros 50 to park in the hotel garage is wrong, if you stay in a hotel at 100euros a night is a joke |

The buffet breakfast was excellent. We were confused by the breakfast time on Saturdays - the inference was that it was the same as Sunday. It wasn't - it was the same as weekdays. That meant that we missed our breakfast on Saturday by 15 minutes and were offered no alternative. |

The hotel is located literaly 2 minutes from the city center and right in the middle of the main distrinct. Its very convenient to reach everywhere with nearby trains and trams. Early booking might allow you get really sweet deals in the price. The elevators. From total of two elevator one was not working, and the other has very poor ventilation inside, and it takes like forever to close the doors. |

Returned again. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. Very clean, breakfast food was excellent and the service second to none. I would like bath towels in the en suite. |

good breakfast,about 15 minutes away by walking to Rosengarden Congress Center.nearby the city center. in this roomprices should be A/C and free wireless internet included!!i found the single room to expensive!! |

The position of the hotel from the city center is so good.Also the fantastic resturant down of the hotel. 1-during my last stay in the hotel (july2009) it was so hot,so i have to open the windows since there is no air condition,there was so noise from the ventilation fans located out side near the rooms.... 2- The pillows are so big,it would be better if there is normal ones. |

The hotel was clean,the area was so quite,the great resturanet of shahrayar.I am sure 10000% that i will book in this hotel again & again when i will visit Mannheim. The only thing which i don't like it,is the door lock,the outer door lock need previous experence on it,while if you are first vist,you will find difficulty how to lock the door. |

We stayed at the Wartburg Mannheim as a stopover point on our journey to Bavaria. The hotel, facilities, staff and breakfast were all good. We particularly liked the no smoking policy. |
