Kitchen is set up rather unpractical, with sink on one side and stove+fridge on opposite side. Still workable though. Kitchen equipment is in several respects sparse - not enough saucers with the cups and only 3 tea spoons, for example - still, all minor issues (though should not occur at this price level). Also, the extremely friendly owner explained to us the kitchen is still a work in progress, so should improve over time.
Bathroom fully functional and large, but somewhat sparse as well - no razor outlet, shower within bath instead of separate, and mirror just barely adequate (still the only one in the apartment!).
The 'wintergarten' really isn't, as it's merely an integral (i.e. open) part of the living room.
All-in-all still a truly excellent apartment - merely a bit overpriced, as we just came from similar comfort-level apartments in Kassel and Dresden (both periphery, non-centre as well), which costed 120 EUR/day all-in (at 3 ppl), instead of 160 EUR/day here.
Some of the roads leading up to the hilltop where the house is located are of truly horrible quality (old cobblestones - layed the communist way...?); our humble Fiat Panda did cope, albeit very slowly. Not the owner's fault in any way of course.
Magnificent panorama view on Eisenach from kitchen balcony (sits 2 comfortably, or 3-4 somewhat cramped), which faces north though, so only picks up sun as of approx 11-12h. View from 'tower' room is on street/mountain side (= facing south) so no panorama there, but as the street is quiet and the houses+gardens opposite are beautiful yet not too close by, that view is still surprisingly good - we loooved having breakfast in sunshine at the large round table there (the 4 or 5 'tower' windows can be opened, if you'd like it). Small half circle bedroom balcony sits 2 people, also faces south/street/mountain side and hence is fully sunlit as of early morning.
All rooms are really, really large, which gives one a delightful feel of space everywhere. All rooms also have excellent Wifi.
Very friendly owner.
Nights were delightfully quiet.
Free parking right in front of the house.
