Hotel information
We offer you the use of our "Jägerzimmer" ("Hunting Room") which accommodates 75 people. For large events our Franconian barn provides space for up to 200 people and therefore lends itself well to family or company parties.
Food & beverage
Depending upon the occasion, we can serve anything from princely feasts to hearty Franconian dishes.
Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
Area information
Angling, archery, cycling, hiking and tennis are all available in the town, and are sure to enrich your stay. You may also like to go for a boat ride on our own lake.
Excursions to the medieval town of Kronach, the duchy of Coburg, to the tin figure museum near Kulmbach or to the toy town of Sonneberg are highly recommended, as are day trips to Franconian Switzerland, to the Fichtelgebirge mountains or to the Thuringian forest.
Our hotel is situated on the Bier- und Burgenstraße ("Beer and Castle road").
