Great staff, great service, great location! Cheap on site parking, delicious buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, I can go on. Our stay was short but very pleasant. I would recommend it to all my friends who want to go to Düsseldorf and will definitely visit again!

We did see one cockroach coming from the drain, but that was just a single small one, that did not scare us. Everything was really clean, so it was definitely bad luck and not their fault.

It's run by a family and they are lovely, genuine people. I travelled 2 months from my due date (32 weeks pregnancy) but forgot to ask for a lower ground room and if there was a lift. When I arrived at 22:30 I realised I had to go up the stairs 4 floors (no lift) so I 1st took my pc bag and told the lady I would come back for my trolley. By the time I got out of the room to get the trolley she was at the top of the stairs. That was very kind of her as she had a bad a bad leg which had just been operated!!!! I can tell you I very much appreciated as it was heavy for me with my big belly.

Friendly and helpful. Very clean and quite comfortable.

I had hoped for something nearer the old town but no other dislikes about the hotel.

It is a private family owned hotel, and so they respect my request and give me the room on the desired floor. Location is very good. I just walked to the coty center and to the train station. No need to take train or bus. Perfect location from my opinion.

Well, I found it a little pricy. Architecture is a bit old style and my room floor laminate was peeling off a little bit from the bathroom side. But bathroom was extremely clean a bit sparkling, really amazed to see this :). But I donot say that it was horrible or something for this hotel. Nice hotel and good location.

Creeky floorboards.

The owner was very nice, the breakfast was great, the price was very good and the location was good, close to the subway.

They don't clean the room everyday, bur for me was not a problem because I was there only for 2 nights. They don't have an elevator, not a problem eighter because I have good legs.

Tīrs, silts numurs. Draudzīgs personāls. Negaidīti labas brokastis (lasis un garneles t.sk.). laba atrašanas vieta. Ērtas gultas. Lieliska veita, lai komfortabli pārnākšņotu par izdevīgu cenu.

Visi TV kanāli vācu valodā.

Неплохое месторасположение: рядом старый город, общественный транспорт и торговые центры. Знаменитый ресторан немецкой кухни Shumacher расположен на этой же улице, минутах в 5-7пешком. В номере было чистенько и уютно. Отдельное спасибо приветливому и гостеприимному хозяину отеля - он очень охотно и подробно отвечал на отличном английском на все мои вопросы, да и отношение к постояльцев, как к дорогим гостям. Порадовала бесплатная стоянка для автомобиля во внутреннем дворике и отличный Wi-Fi. Очень хорошие завтраки.

Окна выходили на приезжую часть и было шумновато. Но это, скорее уже придирки.
