The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient - we did not arrive until after 9pm on the Friday evening and the owner (I think) was waiting up for us. He was very helpful and spoke very good English (although we didn't need him to). He also let us have a very late check out (until 3pm) on the Sunday which was very kind as it allowed us to enjoy the festivities of Silvester and sleep in on New Year's Day. The breakfast was lovely and filling with plenty of variety. The room was spacious and comfortable.

единственное достоинство отеля - его месторасположение. ужас-ужас-ужас! никакой вывески на входной двери о том, что это вообще отель, нет. найти его весьма затруднительно! подъём по лестнице - полноценная фитнес-тренировка! а уж о чистоте и гигиене и говорить нечего!(

Всё в отеле отлично! Хозяин отеля!!! - во всём помогал. Отношение персонала - Sehr gut! Парковка - очень здорово! Уезжали в 3 ночи, хозяин дал ключи от паркинга, все показал, рассказал. Никаких проблем. Если придется остановится в Дюссельдорфе обязательно остановлюсь здесь.

Отель маленький, всего по три номера на этаже, но это наверно и неплохо, достаточно уютный, есть своя парковка платная, до альтштата минут пятнадцать пешком. Насыщен ней завтрак для такого маленького отеля

エレベーターはなかったけど、それほど不便は感じませんでした。朝ご飯は美味しかった。Wi-Fiもスピードが早くていい感じ。 バスルームは広くて明るい。駅からも徒歩圏内。旧市街へも歩いて行ける距離でした。レセプションが開くのが- 午前８時頃。チェックアウトが早い人は前日に知らせておいた方がいいですね。

Het ontbijt was goed en vrij uitgebreid. Voor deze prijs is het al met al van goede kwaliteit. Internet op de kamer was snel. Ik vond het bed matig. De dekens waren te kort voor lange mensen. Verder was de douche de eerste dag koud.

Неплохое месторасположение: рядом старый город, общественный транспорт и торговые центры. Знаменитый ресторан немецкой кухни Shumacher расположен на этой же улице, минутах в 5-7пешком. В номере было чистенько и уютно. Отдельное спасибо приветливому и гостеприимному хозяину отеля - он очень охотно и подробно отвечал на отличном английском на все мои вопросы, да и отношение к постояльцев, как к дорогим гостям. Порадовала бесплатная стоянка для автомобиля во внутреннем дворике и отличный Wi-Fi. Очень хорошие завтраки. Окна выходили на приезжую часть и было шумновато. Но это, скорее уже придирки.

отличный хозяин отеля - всегда приветлив и подскажет чем лучше заняться, где погулять. вкусный завтрак-). расположен очень удобно - до центра минут 10 небыстрой ходьбы в номере кровати раздельные были - двигать их проблемно было. лобби как такогового нет в отеле.

Отличный общительный хозяин отеля, великолепный завтрак входит в стоимость, по-домашнему уютно, тепло и спокойно. Несколько дороговато, хотя, возможно, это норма для Германии. В Париже можно поселиться гарантировано дешевле.
