The help and friendliness of the staff Not the most convenient place for guests with young children. The room was rather small |

We have stayed at the hotel before. The owner is very friendly and can't do enough for you. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is excellently situated for the station and the Altstadt. very homely The stairways and walls looked a bit tatty but this was because they were being renovated. The rooms themselves were good. We always think a kettle & coffee & tea makings would be an improvement. there is no common lounge. |

The staff were friendly and there was free parking. The front desk person was very helpful and I didn't have to play 20 Questions to get some help or information about the local life. 4 flights of stairs was not a good idea and if I had of known this I would have stayed elsewhere. Not a huge problem for most people but it is still a consideration. |

It was in the center of the town and near to the railway station so the conection with the other towns wqas easy to be complited. There was missunderstanding concerning the booking. Instead of 2 rooms it was only 1 room booked but in the end everything was OK. |

Locality to the xmas markets - parking facility - breakfast good value - friendly staff. I went with my husband and another couple and we asked for two rooms next to each other and this was given to us. Our room was on the street and was noisy with the window open but fine when it was closed. Excellent choice. Rooms were small but adequate and good value for money for the centre of Dusseldorf |

Good location-walking distance to Central Station and Altstadt. Clean for such a small hotel with limited facility. The smallest hotel room I've ever seen. I stayed solo in a double room, I can't imagine how 2 people would even move in the room. Located right on the street, don't think about sleeping after 7:30 in the morning because of the noise of the cars. |

super Lage, Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, kostenloses W-LAN, kein ekliger Teppichboden im Zimmer, super Service beim Frühstück, alles sehr freundlich leider kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und vor allem im Bad, Zimmer zur Straße ist sehr laut, aber damit muss man schließlich rechnen, wenn man mitten in der Stadt wohnt, Ohrenstöpsel haben uns prima schlafen lassen |

Hotel centrico en Dusseldorf. Habitaciones recientemente reformadas, en cuanto a mobiliario. Amabilidad del responsable del hotel. Buen desayuno, nada que envidiar al de otros hoteles de 3 estrellas. Parking al lado del hotel a un precio de 8 euros el dia completo. No tiene ascensor. |
