Lage Sauberkeit des Zimmers , Sauna nicht in funktion, Beleuchtung "Lichtschalter am Bett defekt usw.Personal konnte nicht sehen das mit Garage gebucht war....

Smaakvolle en gezellige, warme ambiance in dit hotel uitstekend restaurant, uitmuntende kok hotelkamer niet helemaal schoon slordig personeel aan de receptie afgezien van de keuken presteert het personeel hier niet op niveau

Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, schöne Bar und Aussenterasse. Klimaanlage im Sommer sehr nützlich, da die Sonne die Zimmer zur Südseite zu sehr aufwärmt.

Ich war nicht persönlich da. Wir haben es für zwei Kunden von uns gebucht. Unsere Kunden waren von der Lage und dem Gesamtauftritt des Hotels sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schönes Superior-Zimmer mit Suiten-Charakter, geschmackvolle Möbel, großzügiges Ambiente. Eingangshalle sehr einladend, Sitzgelegenheiten üppig, auch an der stilvollen Bar. üBerwiegend sehr freundliches Personal( bei em im Irish Pub vernachlässigend, sonst super). Für die Hotelgröße ungewöhnlich großer Indoorpool, beheizt, schöne Sauna, Solarium,Whirlpool leider außer Betrieb bei unserem Aufenthalt, = einziges Manko. Essen überdurchschnittlich gut, angenehmes Restaurant mit excellenter Bedienung, gute Weine, alles prima, wir kommen wieder! Whirlpool außer Betrieb, sonst alles bestens.

Die freundlichkeit des Mittarbeiters hinter der Rezeption und die Aufmerksamkeit des Frühstückspersonals. Gemessen an der Lage und der Ausstattung fanden wir den Preis im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels z.B in Berlin und München zu überhöht.Das Frühstück war mäßig z.B.die Marmeladenauswahl,und es wird wenig auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet(viele kleine Verpackungen)

(Maybe due to booking.de) I got a nice and spacious room. A friend of mine booking the same hotel though their travel agent at the same price got a much smaller room. Internet is for free and works perfect.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt und für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel war eindeutig zu viel Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche vorhanden.

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen und alle unsere Erwartungen vollauf erfüllt. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir die sonnige Frühstücksterasse und die ruhigen Zimmer - eine Oase für Gäste, die einen Entspannungsurlaub im schönen Weinanbaugebiet von Nierstein am Rhein planen.

Sehr gut geführtes Haus mit freundlichem Personal und attraktiven Preis Leistungsverhältnis; familienfreundliche Regelung für Kinder im Zimmer der Eltern. Ruhige Lage und schöner Frühstücksraum / Terrasse. Bad war mit kleinen Mängeln (Schimmelspuren in einzelnen Ecken / Fugen)
