Weingut, Gästehaus und Kräuterhof

Very freindly welcome, food was excellent and full of local products. Great shop on site with an excellent selection of local wines and preserves..

It was very clean, quiet and unique. Everyone was very friendly. The gardens were beautiful and the fresh ingredients were used for the delicious breakfast.

A lovely and interesting old house that has been well maintained. I was immediately made to feel very welcome and given a large bedroom with well chosen period furniture and large modern on suite facilities. I found it to be at an ideal bed and breakfast stop over point a few minutes from the A61 in travelling to and from Austria and I would definately have a preference to stay there again rarther than the other hotels I have tried on that route. Other than it is close to Worms, I did not explore the local area to otherwise comment on its location. The owners also make some very good wine there as well!

We were made to feel at home on our arrival and the accommodation was superb. The situation is in a wine producing region , in a pretty village, and is ideal for an overnight stop when travelling between the Austrian Alps or Dolomite Regions and the Dutch Ports. An added attraction was the superb walled garden, which provided an ideal relaxation area after a long drive. We were also able to purchase at a discount the excellent wines produced by the owner.

Our hostess made us feel like one of the family and we enjoyed our stay very much in this working winery!

Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend, auch das Weingut und der Garten. Viele Möglichkeiten sind geboten: Weinprobe und Kräutergarten, naturnah. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Aufnahme.

Mycket trevlig ägare. De fina rummen. Utmärkt frukost. Liten vinprovning med hyfsade viner.

Byn Flomborn har en krog normalt med Ruhetag på måndag och tisdag. Nu var det även Ruhetag på onsdag. Enda maten fanns i Grannbyn Ober-Flörsheim-Pizzeria under sporthallen. Tur att ölen är god í Tyskland. Om Kräuterhof hade en liten restaurang vore stället helt fantastiskt. Tyvärr är de två byarna stendöda.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, eigenwillige, nicht alltägliche Unterkunft, aber im positiven Sinne. Gelassenheit ausstrahlendes Flair. Ganz und gar zum Wohlfühlen.

Preis von 46,00 € für eine Person in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmer (Sylaner) viel zu hoch. Empfehlung deshalb mit Einschränkung.

Jammer dat er in de buurt weinig eetgelegenheid is.

Oud wijngoed met historische inrichting van eetkamer. Slaapkamer ingericht met donkerhouten meubilair uit eerste helft 20ste eeuw. Gezellige groente-kruidentuinaanleg in het centrale hof. Aardige gastvrouw.

Wonderful staff, very friendly, helpful and clearly passionate about providing an enjoyable stay. Beautiful building, large rooms, large bathrooms. Great breakfast and altogether just a really nice place!

The only problem with this hotel is that there is no restaurant (and there is not much around it either). We didn't realise that there was a kitchen in the hotel so perhaps if we had known this then it wouldn't have been an issue. The location is fairly quiet with very little to do and not really any places to go out in the evening. The hotel itself is fantastic but the location is not.

Leider keine Gastronomie (nennenswerte) im Ort. Die Matratzen sind unbequem weich. Zimmer im Gästehaus altmodisch.

A superb place to stay for one night or for an extended stay. Wonderfully quiet rooms, great breakfast buffet, and a welcoming host/hostess and all of this situated in the heart of the vineyards which surround this area. Beautiful!! Tours of the vineyard were available as was a wine tasting. I did not have time to do this, but it certainly looked inviting. Next time!

Dinner service is not available at the hotel, and the nearest restaurant, which had recently changed its hours of operation, was not open. I could have driven to find a different alternative, but chose not to do that.

Personligt bemötande - fick se vinkällaren och örtträdgården. Tyst läge och inte så långt från autobahn. Ca. en timmas bilresa från Frankfurt Hahn
