If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The diners and wines were excellent. Worth trying the menu quality/cost is perfect. Very nice and quiet setting with view to the mosel. Easy parking avoid if you want a busy night life |

The hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic:Ships on the Mosel almost 'sail' through your room if you chose a room with riverview. |

Zuvorkommenheit, Freundlichkeit, Offenheit der Gastwirtseheleute und Kinder. In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Für gehbehinderte ist der 2 stock zu Hoch ohne Lift.Hinweise wären angebracht. |

zeer gemoedelijke sfeer, verzorgde keuken, verzorgde kamers, lekker wijnaanbod, goed contact met de eigenaar en de aanwezige gasten. Geven veel tips voor bezoeken in de buurt. Zouden zeker teruggaan. aanbod van de menukaart lunch wat beperkt maar de gerechten zijn heerlijk en zeker met de goede wijnen erbij ! |

Hotellet var allmänt trevligt med god mat och exlkusiv frukost, hotellet var beläget precis intill floden Mosel utan störande genomfartstrafik. Den nya hotelldelens rum var mycket fina. Ett av rummen luktade rök och var av betydligt enklare standard, rummet skulle vara rökfritt,men det var tydligen inte "alltid" så ? Vi fick ett nytt rum andra natten men betydligt dyrare |

Wirt und Wirtin waren sehr offen und nett - Zimmer sehr gepflegt -das Essen gut - die Lage und die Größe des Hotels sehr ansprechend - Würde mich freuen, wenn ich das Kuchenrezept von der Rieslingtorte an meine e-mail adresse gesendet bekäme - diese Torte war hervorragend Abends beim Essen saßen wir an Tisch 18 und haben sehr gefroren |

Hotel und Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal und zuvorkommender Bedienung. Wenn das Wetter es erlaubt, ist die Terrasse direkt an der Mosel ein Highlight. Zimmer 11 ist nicht das Nonplusultra für empfindliche Ohren: Mit Abwasser- und Toilettenspülgeräusche aus darüber liegenden Räumlichkeiten ist leider zu rechnen! |

Molto gentili i titolari che ci hanno aspettato nonostante fossimo in ritardo per il check in e poi ci hanno indicato anche un luogo dove passare la serata nonostante l'ora. L'albergo è carino e molto pulito. Buona la colazione a buffet. La veranda sulla Mosella è molto bella. |
