The room was big enough and breakfast was very complete. They should hire new front-desk staff. They are plain ignorants and not capable for the job it requires. Im all about good service and I have not received that, not even the breakfast staff. The hotel is also very far from the city! |

Since we had a car, parking was easy and it was really easy to get into and out of the city. It was about a 10 minute drive to Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was also good. We booked a family room which was nice and spacious as well. The key to our room did not work. I had booked a family room and was given a normal room. Therefore we had to change rooms. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. They did not explain well how the parking garage gate worked. They overcharged me on the bill which I had to query. |

The hotel was clean, relatively new and no problems with the breakfast. Also parking space was provided. The reception crew was really unfriendly and their service was harsh. You never got a smile and basic questions like the distance from the center couldn't be answered. The hotel wasn't close to the center. |

Friendly stuff and safe car parking place, not far from the city centre ( less than hour to the Zoo). Very good correlation between price/quality. Last night was completely destroyed by some “animals” they are shouting and knocking to the doors and were completely drunken. It lasted for a time... |

The price was definitely right, but in this case you get what you pay for. Make sure you ask for a room that does not face the busy street, because we were kept up both nights with lots of noise. The breakfast was decent and the kids ate for free. The receptionist was downright rude upon my arrival. There was no one else in the lobby but she looked down and started writing when I walked in, then she questioned the age of my oldest son (he is tall, but he is 13!). We asked to move to a room away from the busy street, but we weren't able to move. I've never stayed in a hotel that did not change our towels when the maid service came, so I had to use a previously wadded up and quite damp towel the second day. |

The staff was helpful and friendly. The price was very competitive The hotel is a little far from the city center, but if you know which public transportation to take, it's OK. |

The price is great. 4 adults, 2 rooms, 2 nights only 200 euro? I walked in apprehensive but the hotel was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the room with large windows that let in the sun, parking, and did i mention the price? The location. If you don't have a car it's going to take a little time to get into the city center. But if you have a car, it's less than a 10 minute ride. |

Excellent helpful reception staff, close to public transport, secure inexpensive parking. Internet which worked but expensive. Come on Europe, come up to date with service & supply tea & coffee making in room as in Australia |

Rooms were spacious, nice and clean. Staff was courtiest and helpful. It's good value for money It's bit far away from the airport & main city center. You have to catch a bus to reach to nearest metro station if you do not have your own transport..There is a bus stop outside the hotel to take you to metro but the bus frequency is 20 minutes in the day and 1 hr in the night |

The prices for a triple room for three days, incluiding two taxi trips to and from the hotel to Alexanderplatz per day, was less than the close competitors would be for one night. We reserved a smoking room, however a non-smoking room was reserved. Not a problem in the slightest. |

The hotel was inexpensive, nice, and clean. The restaraunt was good and had a kid-friendly area. The staff was friendly and spoke English. It's about a 10min drive from the city center. |

Hotel was nice and clean with free parking. We were moved to another room as there was a problem with the lock on the door. The second room was round the side rather than the back and there was a lot of road noise. The room at the back was quiet and had shutters. Although it was only about 8 miles out of town it took a long time to get there because of the city traffic. |

Ik ben slechts 1 nacht aanwezig geweest. ben uitermate tevreden over opvang kamer ebn vertrek. Goede hulp bij vinden van de weg, als er weer geschaatst wordt komen we zeker weer terug. |

Die Unterbringung von 2 Erw. mit 2 Kindern im sehr großen Familienzimmer hat gut geklappt. Das kostenlose Frühstück für die Kinder war wirklich ausreichend. |
