Friendly staff, good location, comfortable. My suitcase, which I had left in the luggage room, was mistakenly loaded onto a bus by a tour bus driver together with the luggage of other guests. This was a huge inconvenience, but the reception staff was very responsive and I already have my suitcase back.

The hotel is located in the heart of old Passau. You can wander through the cobblestone streets for coffee, gelato or shopping. A greasy location and a very comfortable hotel.

Excellent location, great breakfast and the staff were helpful. The hotel was very quiet, tastefully decorated. Although we had booked a family room for 4 people, it wasn't set up for 4 when we checked in. The staff were helpful however in setting up the room for us within 30 minutes.

Durch die zentrale Lage und einem Zimmer zur Straßenseite hin sehr viel Lärm (bis um 4 in der Früh aus der Fußgängerzone aufgrund feinernder Studenten)- dem Hotel würden Lärmschutzfenster gut tun.

Zimmer schön geräumig, schön gelegen, nicht zu heiß oder kalt, Bad sehr sauber, Bett äußerst bequem. Wollte etwas ausdrucken um 2 Uhr nachts, war kein Problem. Auch die angefragten Kopien wurden mir binnen kürzester Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Keine Minibar und kein Flaschenöffner. Es gab eine Getränkestation auf dem Flur, aber ohne Snacks. Die Fernbedieung des TV funktionierte nicht, das Gerät war ansonsten aber super in Ordnung.

Se trata de un hotel cómodo y funcional, que cuenta con personal agradable y atento. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y el desayuno es bueno. La ubicación también es muy buena: se encuentra muy próximo al centro histórico de la ciudad y de su zona comercial. Las camas quizás son un poco pequeñas y la conexión a internet en las habitaciones, aunque gratuita, resulta muy lenta.

Wij hebben hierop doorreis naar slovenië een overnachting gedaan was netjes in orde de kamer ook vriendelijke mensen 's avonds heerlijk gegeten 'smorgens ontbijt buffet was ook goed in de omgeving kun je nog wat winkelen of genieten van de div oude gebouwen. Alleen de parkeergarage is wat moeilijk in te rijden heel smal inrijdpunt en dan erg stijl naar beneden
