On site parking very convenient. Room was unexpectedly large in size. When we booked we noted that we were bringing our dog, when we arrived there was food and water dishes already placed in the room which I felt was extremely thoughtful and convenient. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for a city trip also.

Location was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. Fine for a business stay or a brief trip. Room was very sparse. One bath towel and one hand towel for 2 adults. There was no clock. Only 1 key given and you need one to work the lights. Asked for adjoining rooms 2 months in advanced and our children's room was 1/2 way down the hallway. For one night all was very doable just not the most comfortable.

Very efficient, clean and good valye for the money. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Elevators were out of oredr and that craeted traffic problems in the public areas.

Lovely spot near town right on the river with a nice walking path. 2 restaurants in the hotel. Wonderful breakfast and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Some hotel features a bit worn but all was clean and comfy.

The staff were very helpful, and the location was very pretty. One of the reasons we chose to stay at this hotel was the air conditioning, but it was ineffective. Even after being on all night, the room was still far too hot. Also, the shower drained at a very slow speed, so after only 2 minutes in the shower, the bathroom was flooded.

Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nah zur Innenstadt, die sich schnell zu Fuß erreichen lässt. Neues freundliches Haus mit interessantem Design. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, auch mit einigen lokalen Spezialitäten. Freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Von unserer Buchung einer höherwertigen Zimmerkategorie war im Hotel nichts bekannt, es war aber auch nur der Preis des Standardzimmers veranschlagt. Uns gefielen die Zimmer auch so und wir ließen es dabei. Bei der Abreise sollte dann plötzlich der Preis des Business-Zimmers berechnet werden. Das trübte etwas den sonst guten Eindruck. Unbedingt die ausgedruckte Buchungsbestätigung dabeihaben!

Neuwertige, moderne Einrichtung, nettes Zimmer, gutes stylisches Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück, schöner Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf Fluss, kl. Kinderspielecke, freundliches Personal, brauchbarer hübscher Wellnessbereich mit Sauna/Dampf, ruhiges Haus Gratis-LAN tw. Mogelpackung, gratis nur am 1.Tag, dann 4 EU/Tag ! Kein Innenpool trotz Markierung auf Booking mit solchem. Keine Minibar/Kühlschrank, Zi. etwas knapp geschnitten, wenig Stauraum, keine Sitzgelegenheit. Fitness = 3 Geräte in winzigem Raum, Parksituation sehr schwierig, nur städt. Garage 5 EU/Nacht. Abräumen/Nachdecken beim Frühstück tw. etwas zäh.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, das angeschlossenes Restaurant Plückers war gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und in schöner Athmosphäre. Das Bett war extrem hart und sehr schmal. Grosse Schmutzflecken, die wahrscheinlich nicht mehr zu reinigen waren auf dem Boden.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Restaurant hatte sehr gutes Essen Beleuchtung fehlt auf der Rückseite des Hotels incl. Hintereingang von der Regnitz aus, wenn man am Kongresscenter vorbeigegangen ist. Zu dunkel !!! Kaputte Fliese unter Waschtisch (Zimmer 206)

Funktionale Ausstattung, Design, Frühstücksraum Ganz schlecht fanden wir, dass man wegen eines Kongresses nicht direkt vom Hotel in die Tiefgarage konnte. So musste man mit allem Gepäck außen rum gehen. Da es nicht regnete und wir nicht viel Gepäck hatten, war es zwar kein Problem, aber man würde das in so einem Haus nicht erwarten, die Begründung ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Desgleichen konnte man am Vorabend nach dem Konzert bzw. Ausklang im Plückers nur außenrum ins Hotel, Begründung "Da wird zugesperrt". Bei einem der stimmungsvollen Altstadthotels erwartet man solche Möglichkeiten nicht, bei einem so modernen Komplex wie Konzerthalle - Plückers - Welcome Hotel schon.
