Breakfast was fine. The room was clean. I was charged 54 Euros for 3 days parking which was extortionate. The area around the hotel was awful. Despite having been a Cop for 30 years, I would not have liked to be out in the area at night. Daytime was dodgy enough. Meals and drinks in the hotel were expensive. Not a lot. |

It was near the university of duisburg-essen which is our conference location. The breakfast was good. The hotel room was relatively small than expected so it was not proper for over two people. |

Location was OK for city centre access My room was a 'Superior Room' which was anything but, just an average hotel room. No leisure facilitites not even a gym. Old style CRT television. For the price it was poor value. |

Modern new hotel, good location. Good size rooms. At check-out there was a problem getting the rates which were booked via Bookings. A higher rate including breakfast was quoted. Eventually this was settled adequately. |

Personeel vriendelijk, maar weinig personeel tijdens in- en uitchecken. Ontbijtbuffet prima!! De kamer was netjes, goede bedden, prima douche! Slechts 1 kopje op de 2persoonskamer bij de waterkoker. Koffie en thee in de kamer werden niet aangevuld. Druk met in- en uitchecken. |

La connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre alors que je dois imérativement utiliser cette fonction pour mes relations d'affaires.D'autre part l'option 1 heure à 8 euros ou l'engagement mensuel à 29 euros ne correspondent pas aux besoins de commerciaux intinérants. Par exemple il en coûte 8 euros pour 24 heures dans les hotels Accord, similaires en catégorie. |

De ligging is goed. Modern hotel. Parkeerplaatsaansluitend zeer handig. Personeel vriendelijk. Rustig en schoon hotel. Een matras was slecht en kreeg je rugklachten van. |

Die Hotelmitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlichen und aufmerksam, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen gebucht. Unserer Meinung nach war das für uns reservierte Zimmer von der Größe und der Einrichtung im Bad her ein Einzelzimmer. |
