Helpful staff, nice dining room - breakfast and dinner were very good, and beautiful view are just some of the reasons that I would recommend this hotel. Our room was neat and clean with seating area too! A great shower....always a positive for an American traveler! My husband needed a dentist while we were there and the staff got him an appointment immediately after breakfast - his crown was cemented back on and we were off to The Eagles Nest within the hour!!

Its location. Nature surrounding. Availability of hiking, cross country skiing. Benevolent, friendly personal. And comfort conditions in the hotel enough to rest and relax after all sport activity during the daytime. Personal mainly do not speak English. Just one receptionist! All signs, warnings, advertisements, restaurant menu are in German. So, you should better know German to stay in the hotel. Otherwise you fill a little bit lonely and helpless.

Très bon hôtel pour court séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Après nos différentes excursions, nous avons apprécié les installations "wellness" (piscine intérieure et extérieure, équipements, ...). La cuisine proposée est simple mais très correcte. Un peu de souplesse au niveau des horaires du restaurant.

Ruhige Lage, beeindruckendes Panorama, familiere Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit, zentraler Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Unternehmungen Zu kurze Frühstücks-und Abendbrotzeit für ein **** Hotel. Das Angebot war zum Ende der Frühstückszeit für Spätaufsteher eher dürftig. Hier war der Service oft überfordert und unflexibel. Beim Abendessen war die Geräuschkulisse aus der Küche oftmals sehr laut. Nach dem Abendessen fehlten Unterhaltungsangebote im Hotel.
