Really an amazing lux/rustic Bayern hotel.....junior suite large well appointed great bathroom balcony with a direct view of Neuschwannstein castle....food local and good service impeccable....I'd go again Not cheap but worth the splurge

The hotel is a quality hotel in the Schwangau area overlooking the Castle. The rooms are clean, a little small but well appointed. There is no air conditioning and noise from outside can sometimes be a problem if you have to have the windows open. Dinner is over priced for what there is but the breakfast is ok. The beds are hard so anyone with hip or back problems (or even painful shoulders) will find it uncomfortable sleeping. We had asked for a room overlooking the castle but none were available so we thought we would make do with looking at the castle over breakfast. However we were informed that all the tables in the restaurant were reserved for breakfast and we were pushed into a little room without any windows! Imagine how we felt. It rather spoiled the experience.

Grreat place to relax *actually stayed 4 nights, not 3). Excellent cuisine, although inevitably pork/ham/bacon plentiful so choice rather more restricted if you don't eat pork. . Menu in German and English. Staff all multilingual (English, Italian). Would have little hesitation in returning, and despite plentiful other restautrants outside just not worth the effort given the standard of the cuisine. Only thing that was totally insular was that with the occasioanl (10am = 6pm) exception of CNN, all TV channels were in German. You really would have thought they would have been less insular and had e.g. BBC, Sky Sports and even one or two other TV channels in English (as well as some Italian and French for other guests.

брали номер с видом на замки, на сайте забыли предупредить, что нужно взять бинокль:-) были зимой- в номере очень холодно, персонал не дотягивает даже до 3х звезд, завтраки очень ограничены- все выдают буквально поштучно. вообщем никакой романтики для отдыха в зимних альпах, даже камин ненастоящий:-) хорошо что останавливались только на две ночи...

мы отдыхали с семьей. отель хороший, spa про супер, бассейн под открытом небом, хамам, баня. номер у нас был сьют, из которого прекрасный вид на замки. завтрак просто супер, даже есть шампанское! персонал очень и очень любезный. 1, была плохая кушетка у моего ребенка, ему пришлось спать с нами. это было кресло разложенное и в неровных плоскостях. 2, подушка была очень жесткая я всю ночь не спала 3, рядом ферма и когда выходишь на балкон запах навоза 4, всю ночь коровы и быки издавали громкие звуки ( просто орали) 5, не было чайника

Les repas pris à l'hôtel sont excellents et servis par un personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Impossible de réserver sur place ni un massage ni un soin de beauté car plus de place à l'arrivée le vendredi soir et ce, jusqu'au dimanche. Aucune chaîne en français à la télévision.

Très bon hotel au calme absolu avec superbe vue sur chateaux de Louis ii de Bavière. La cuisine du restaurant est excellente et l'ensemble du personnel est très serviable. Mention spéciale pour Christiane qui est de bons conseils et toujours très agréable.

La chambre en junior suite est à recommander. Ambiance chalet parfaite. Le spa est particulièrement bien complet avec hamman et sauna parfumé aux huiles essentielles, solarium; et piscine intérieure/extérieure. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux; concert jazz au diner de bon niveau. Accès internet gratuit / Parking gratuit / Personnel très chaleureux et serviable.

The hotel is a great vaule for money, our room has stunning view of both Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. The wellness facilities are great too. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
