Hotel Welp  

The hotel staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The location was very convinient for us as we were visiting the University

Good location close to Osnabrück center. Good parking facilities in the back yard. Good rooms with decent mattresses and a good shower. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Minor minor: the fan in the shower can be a bit noisy while running.

Really nice hotel, and friendly proprietor. Excellent breakfast and no language problems. Recommended to anyone needing a stopover.

The owners of the Welp were extremely helpful during our stay. They went beyond what one would expect from hotel owners and helped make our stay in Osnabrueck special. We will stay there again when we return to Osnabrueck.

I liked it's relative convenience to the autobahn, the friendly reception and helpfulness. The room was comfortable and clean with a pleasant outlook from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent.

Hosts were very helpful as well as friendly and cheerful. Pleasant back garden area; typically attractive, clean, and comfortable German room. We love traveling in Germany and think Hotel Welp exemplifies why.

We arrived later than we had anticipated (10.30pm), the proprietor was there to welcome us and show us to our room. The only disappointment was that the WIFI was not free (nearly five euros per hour). The next morning we were the last for breakfast but there was plenty to eat and drink. The owner spent time talking to us because we also run a B&B back in Wales. We were comparing our establishments with one another and passed on business cards just in case. Very clean and friendly accommodation, we would use this hotel again.

A clean,comfortable hotel with good off street parking facilities.The owners were very friendly and helpful. There are good bus connections to the Altstadt using nos. 11,12 or 13 but to walk it takes only about 20 minutes.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück!

E' un piccolo albergo-casa dove ci si sente a proprio agio. La stanza che ci hanno dato era ampia, ben arredata, pulita, accogliente. Anche il bagno era ampio e pulito. La sala per la colazione con vista sul piccolo e curato giardino era luminosa e curata nella scelta dei colori delle tovagliette e dei vasi con i fiori su ogni tavolo. Quello che mi ha colpito maggiormente è l'assoluta mancanza di trascuratezza: tutto è curato e non c'è traccia di sciatteria (cosa che purtroppo accade anche in hotel a 4 stelle).

L'esterno dell'hotel non mi aveva fatto una buona impressione. Era piuttosto anonimo e mi aveva dato l'idea di un posto poco curato.

Men liet ons twee kamers zien waaruit we mochten kiezen; dat was een mooie service. Het (inbegrepen) ontbijt was prima. Bedden waren stevig, schoon en voldoende lang. Kamer aan straatzijde was goed geluid- geisoleerd Parkeren was (gratis) mogelijk aan de achterzijde. De toegangsdeur hiervoor is 's-nachts gesloten.

Sehr sympathische Inhaber. Parkplatz kostenlos, gute Busanbindung zur City.

Prima Hotel. Schoon, prima ontbijt en zeer aardige eigenaren!

Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, hoewel we te vroeg waren om in te checken, we wilden eigenlijk alleen parkeren en verder met de bus

Desayuno flojo. No tiene internet. Ruido por las mañanas cuando limpian resto habitaciones. Sofá malo para niños.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und herzlich

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, nach Beanstandung des Zimmers zur Strasse, ist man sofort meinen Wünschen nachgekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und zum Garten raus, schön gelegen. Das Frühstück war zwar sehr übersichtlich, aber ausreichend.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist recht hellhörig

Trevlig värdinna på ett trevligt hotell. Vi återkommer. Nice hostess in a nice hotel. We'll be back.
