the atmosphere in the hotel the customer friendly approach and support to make the stay easy the location is great!

Constuction is next to hotel for next 2 years and the subway stop next to the hotel only goes south. If I had known I would not have stayed here.

-Very "Police minded"...We are in Europe and more over in the Schengen Area where there s no obligation to have an id or Passport...However this hotel management (based upon a stupid law in Berlin dated back to 1985...hence back to the "Wall time") has set a rule by which anyone must have an ID....that's reminds me a pretty shoking practice from an old "unpleasant" time ..and I am using here pretty soft words....

I loved the decor and the ambience of the Westin grand. The staffs were excellent. The rooms were big enough. The food although expensive was good. The hotel was quiet and we were able to relax. It was a great experience. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I did not like the fact that there was no selection of tea or any beverage in the room. There was no kettle for guests to make tea for themselves should they wish to. Coming from England, we drink tea at all odd times.

Excellent service from all the staff. Beds were amazingly comfortable and room facilities were great. Perfect central location. The professional attitude of the staff and their service with a smile was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend it as the hotel to stay in Mitte.

Covenience location

The bed in the hotel was excellent and the service from house keeping and room service was exceptional. Couldn`t ask for a better or more central location.

Bar prices were ridiculously expensive and staff were not overly friendly. Also the lack of a nice restaurant where we could have dined without being in the main lobby of the hotel wasn`t great in a hotel of its size and cost!

The best staf i have ever seen. The location is absolutely perfect. Room is big, and the hotel is magestic in its architecture. Bathroom very clean and nice. Breakfast was very good, a lot of varieties and everything very tasty. Pool is ok, not for swimming, but with hottub. HOTEL is all about the details: everyday you get a free botle of water in your room - simple but very nice.

Only problem in my opinion: beds are soft. If you compare to hilton's, they are pretty worse. Woke up at 7:30 with a drilling noise on the first day. Was politely given a breakfast for me an my family, as an apology. Construction site is not a problem, just ask a room facing the other side. And expect 5* europe prices: 28€ for breakfast, but starbucks really close; 24€ for parking; and 24€ for wifi Tip: there is a Eplus store down the block, buy a Blauworld sim card, 10€ for 30 day 3g internet, works perfectly in the hotel.

Desk staff very charming and helpful. Amazing entrance staircase, good layout, lovely room and clean.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms comfortable and clean.I would recommend the hotel as it is central and close to all the tourist places.

we did not have any of the mini bar but looking at the prices they were rather high. Also, breakfast prices were a bit dear if you go for the full breakfast options. We did the a la carte so we could keep price down.

No free wireless Internet. No pool. No bath in my junior suite..

The hotel is located in the centre of Berlin, and very close to the U-Bahn and train station. There is shops restaurants and bars close by. The staff are very good and polite and make you feel welcome. The pool and jacuzzi facility is excellent. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space, and he bathroom is big. The lobby area is large with plenty of seating for dinning if need be.
