excellent hotel in a great location in town. Booking.com price was excellent, even cheaper than my Westin frequent traveller rate! King-size bed was actually two singles pushed together - risk of falling down between them during the night!

Hotel is beautiful and very elegant. Room was ok. Fitness room was small and poorly equipped. We had no view out our window. We offered a nicer room but at a much higher price.

No space in the closet. No Internet and the rpice in the budiness center was ridicolous. Excellent breakfast. Room temperature was too hot. Needed to open the windows for fresh air. Great location. Near to many places by foot, you could also take the subway or a taxi Honestky, No room in the closet to put anything

We found that the hotel staff were friendly and helpful on all occasions, the hotel is located right in the middle of shops and good restaurants. The rooms were clean, and large with lots of storgae space for your bags.

The Westin Grand Berlin is an upper class hotel that excels at being just that; upper class. You get what you pay for, which is quite the sum of money. The rooms are nice, the service is good and the atmosphere is calm. When you want to visit Berlin and have the cash for it, go for this hotel as it is smack in the middle of Berlin

Concierge very good (Mr Andrew) & Location 1. You pay a decent sum of money and Internet is not free 2. Sauna is 8 Euros!! 3. Carpet is somewhat old 4. Food & Beverage staff are not very friendly

The facilities, staff and service were faultless, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The "extras" are very expensive: drinks in the hotel, breakfast, dinner. But there are many cafes/bars/restaurants nearby which are a lot more reaonsable. This wouldn't put me off from staying here again though.

Its location very central Staff while very efficient they are not too friendly. Also being charged over 7 euro a day for what we thought was complimentary water is a total disgrace and would stop me booking into another Westin hotel. How much does the bottle cost ? maybe 50p.. Don' t lose customers by being mean.

the room was amazing and the bed is extreemly comotoble. the concierge was very helping.the stuff was very nice. we are highly recomended this hotel. the location is great. in order to use wifi at the hotel we needed to pay extra charge

Great location on Friedrischstrasse and only one block from Unten den Linden and lots of great restaurants. Also nice interior and piano bar. Noice from ventilation and/or traffic created some strange vibrations in the room...

The staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for shopping. Also, the hotel is grand and luxurious. No free WiFi. I believe that they should incorporate WiFi as part of the room package. Also breakfast at 30 Euros per person is rather expensive.

The hotel was excellent and the concierge very helpful. We got a pretty good deal for a luxury room. Location is fantastic. Catch the 100 bus on Unter Den Linden which will take you to most of the places you need to go. Close to Museum Island and easy commute to airport. The only bad thing about the hotel was the ridiculously expensive breakfast.

The fact that it was very central for sightseeing and shopping and very comfortable. We signed in to use the pool and having prepared ourselves, we found that the pool was occupied for an exercise class for the next 90 minutes. This resulted in us having to cancel our swim which was the only opportunity we had. I asked the young girls who were managing the desk as to why we were not advised therefore saving ourselves from going through the motions. Unfortunately they were unable to give me an explanation. In future some kind of written or verbal notice or free pool times should be clearly displayed.

We booked a double room but when we got there they told us it would be 2 single beds pushed together and to get a double bed we would have to pay an extra 20 Euros per night. Seemed like it was a standard trick they were using. The hotel is very grand and the location is perfect, right in the centre.

Very good location, in the centre of town, near to all main museums and sightseeings. Very friendly and helpfull stuff. The lobby of the hotel was impressive!! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was very good.The next time I will come to Berlin, I will stay here again.

The quality of the room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was small but adequate for a weekend break. The staff were excellent. Location to all major attractions was fantastice. I would definatley use the Westin Grand again. My only negative would be there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
