Very high level of front office staff, and very helpfull and friendly staff in general. SPA was very nice. Very confortable bed. Good location of the hotel. One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Prices in restaurant and bar seem to be too expensive. |

Really great location if you are looking to be shopping and relaxing. Also close to quite a few major attractions. Staff (in general) need to be more aware of what the guests require and less aware of what their employer require. We were charged twice due to some mistake, and there was a lot of hassle... |

More than anything, the amazing helpfullness and friendliness of all the staff. In particular, the concierge, Andre, would shame many of his concierge colleagues with his efficiency and knowledge and willingness to help. Also, for anybody looking for a city trip, to explore Berlin, this has to be the very best location, at the very cultural and architectural heart of what is a notably sprawling city. Finally, anybody staying at the Westin should not miss the delights of the Lutter & Wegner restaurant close by - one of the best dining experiences we've had anywhere in the world, regardless of cost, and boasting one of the best wine lists too for an establishment of this class. In our room, it was not possible to turn the (slightly noisy) aircon off, only choose between max, auto & eco. However, we were very kindly upgraded to a better room on the 7th floor (it was a double 50th birthday & 20th anniversary celebration), so whether this limitation applies to all rooms we don't know. This is of course, a very minor point. |

It was reasonably comfortable, the pool area and jacuzzi were pleasant. That there was an additional charge for the use of the sauna. Also, somehow the beds seemed too warm during the night, something to do with the type of mattress covers. |

The room overlooked the garden and was very quiet (in spite of being New Year's Eve!). The staff at the hotel is very accomodating and pleasant. The concierge was spot on with restaurant recommendations. For the price, I thought the room was a little small. However it was nicely appointed and comfortable. |

The pillows were unbearable,really uncomfortable,could not sleep with them.also temperature in room was too high,broken sleep both nights I stayed there,wouldn't returncfir this reason and wouldn't recommend the place to friends. |
