I found the cost of the Parking was mucht to high the same the cost of the breakfast Buffet Parking yust across the street was 5 ,- € a Day

I like how close it was to the zoo. I also liked that there were many places to chose to eat. The staff was nice.

The reason I chose to stay at the hotel was to get a stress free relaxing weekend and get pampered at the spa and get a massage and facial. I was very unsatisfied with the spa. The sauna did was not on when I was there. There were no employees in the spa area to assist. I was not able to get snacks or refreshments as it is stated at the spa because no one was there to facilitate. The process to book a massage took an hour. The day of the massage the lady was 10 minutes late. The hotel had to use an outside source to give the massage and when they booked my appointment they did not tell the Chief of the other hotel that I ordered a facial. I did not get my facial and that upset me very much. I found this out after my massage and that ruined my stay there and I was no longer relaxed. I requested a late check out the previous day but left 2 hours before check out because I was so unhappy. My weekend get away to relax turned into a stressful unpleasant time. We were given a 20% off rate of the massages and a to go lunch. I still do not think that was enough to compensate due to the price of the hotel.

That the breakfast was not free, in fact, every little thing was charged for...seemed unfair and unpleasant to us....

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war wieder auffallend gut.

Die Betten im Deluxe-Zimmer waren erheblich schlechter als die Betten im Grand-Deluxe-Zimmer, welches wir sonst immer gebucht hatten. Das Frühstück war vom Angebot, als auch von der Qualität (insbesondere im Wurst und Käse-Bereich) wesentlich schlechter, als noch vor Jahren. Auch das Obst war meist unreif. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht mehr. Da muß unbedingt nachgebessert werden.

Schwimmbadpreise exorbitant hoch! Man parkt besser auf der Strasse. €19,--/Tag am Hotel. Internet €7,50/Std. Der Zimmerservice hat uns jeweils um 7.45 Uhr geweckt.

lIl riscaldamento in camera era troppo basso. La piscina era a pagamento. Il parcheggio (all` aperto con conseguente congelamento della macchina) costa 19 euro. Il ristorante del 27imo piano (Falco restaurant) è un totale, costosissimo bluff (i piatti variano dalle 50 alle 90 euro l´uno e arrivano letteralmente vuoti con un striscio di roba discustosa in mezzo). Non ho parole, non consiglierei questo albergo a nessuno. The room heating was too low, the pool is available with costs, the outdoor parking fee is 19 euro (!), the 27th floor restaurant (Falco Restaurant) is a complete, incredibily expensive bluff (50 to 90 euro a dish with a disgusting nothing inside).

Die Junior-Suite sehr gut. Preis-Leistungsverhältns sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut.

Die Hotelbar ist sehr gemütlich und schick, die Bar- Bedienungen sind sehr nett

leider hatten 3 der 4 Restaurants im Hotel geschlossen, das vierte hatte nur noch einen ungemütlichen Tisch an der Tür.
