個人的な意見ですが、ヨーロッパ諸国の中で、ドイツと日本の感覚は類似する点が多くあると思います。そのため、日本寄りの行き届いたホテルでのスタッフ対応や室内の清潔さに満足しております。 特にありません。快適な時間を過させて頂きました。 |

街の中心部から若干離れてはいるが、逆に落ち着ける立地であり、演奏会の熱気などをさましながら帰るにはちょうど良い。 スタッフは英語が堪能なのでドイツ語が厳しくとも全く問題は無い。 ビュッフェは長期滞在時にはもう少し変化がほしいと感じた。 ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは画一的ではなく、親しみやすさの中にも礼儀正しさや細やかな心遣いを感じることが出来、大変気持ちよく過ごすことが出来た。 よりインターネットサービスについての利便性が向上すると良い。 |

This was a first class hotel with excellent service. The centrally positioned location was ideal for my business trip and felt comfortable and pampered during my stay. I felt that the price of the breakfast was too expensive. |

The staff were terrifically helpful. The Japanese restaurant on the premises did not agree to place the bill for dinner on my room bill and I had to go up to my room to get cash to pay for the meal. . j |
