The location is good and convenience. The breakfast is good and the food is enough. The room is clean and acceptable. Car paking is not difficult on the street and fee is fair. Compare with the room size and facility, the room rate should go lower, then getting more reasonable. The room photos from internet may not be ture, at least, we didin't get the room like what we saw from the internet, only a small and normal standard room. The water pressure in shower is not high enough and the temperature is not stable, sometime very hot, sometime cold. The room for breakfast is small, don't go between 8 to 9am, most likely you have to wait for a table. |

The location and price was very good, clean and breakfast good. My wife and I stayed there last weekin room no 3 and had a serious problem from using the soap provided as we had a reaction to it we are still using medical creams to sort it out. Could you please contact Hotel re same as we were very happy overall with our Hotel. |

Great value for money great location free wifi a major plus. Very clean and quiet. Many of the rooms are renovated, BUT if you are not a European traveller used to German Pension standards the rooms that are not renovated will come as a shock. |

Nice staff who spoke good english, good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Cold floor in the bathroom, there should have been a little rug to stand on and to wipe up the water from the floor. Too soft pillow, there should have been an extra pillow for each bed. |

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was convenient and the rooms were very clean. However the standard of the hotel was more 2 star than 3 star. Everything in the room was quite dated. |

It is a clean hotel. And not to expensive and very near to the trainstation and Kurfurstendam Room is very sober. Comfort of the beds was not to good. We had a shower in our room but no extra ventilation. |

location is good with all public transportation means close by. located within attractions and shopping area of west berlin. helpfull and friendly reception. plentyfull tasty breakfast in a very pleasant dining room. the room was not big but more than enough, clean and nicely decorated. perfect. exelent value. |

Clean. Good breakfast. We were visiting Berlin with another couple. We arrived late and found that only one set of keys had been left. There is nobody on duty in the hotel after 21:00. It took several telephone calls and an hour's delay to finally obtain the second set of keys. |
