nice rooms friendly staff exclusive ambiance prices in the hotel bar are overdone 1 gin tonic 15 euros is ridiculous and during my stays in other upper class hotels i never paid that much for a gin tonic just to say it was not a special gin it was pure and simplse gordons gin and tonic. |

Outstanding service; our wish was their command...truly magic! We are already planning to return. The concierge provided a wonderful babysitter and made excellent restaurant reservations. The Estee Lauder spa and rooftop hot spring pool are very nice. Couldn't find the hotel parking garage because their isn't one...you just pull up and they take your car and park it (additional 20 euros/night - around the same price as the casino garage across the street but easier if you have luggage). |

sehr zuvorkommende Behandlug der Mitarbeiter, die ich allerdings auch erwarte - z.B. gefiel mir das erste angebotene Zimmer nicht ( weil sehr klein), mir wurde prompt ein anderes - grösseres Zimmer zugewiesen 1. Das 1. angebotene Zimmer war sehr klein !! 2. Mein Auto, das 2 Nächte in der " Garage"stand, war zur Hälfte voll mit Baumblättern bedeckt. |

Wir haben uns sehr geärgert, dass wir für die Sauna zusätzlich pro Person 15,00 € zahlen sollten - das haben wir für ein 5 Sterne Hotel als unangemessen bewertet. Dies ist bei unserer Buchung auch nicht ersichtlich gewesen - wir hätten Ihr Hotel dann nicht gebucht! |

Hervorragende Sauberkeit- zuvorkommendes Personal. Gut ausgestattete Bar, super Barmusik. Für die Sauna war ein Zusatzentgelt zu entrichten - die Sauna war sehr schön und sauber - aber eine zusatzbezahlung von 15,- Euro waren zu übertrieben. |

Ein altes gepflegtes Hotel mit Tradition und hohem Niveau, ueberhaupt nicht miefig, wie viele alte Hauser. Schoen gelegen und angenehm zu betreten. Wunderbares Thermalbad im 5.Stock. Verdiente 5 Sterne. Zimmer koennten etwas groesser sein, ist aber nicht so wichtig. |
