I thought my stay at the hotel was fabulous, one night it was so comfortable, the staff were so polite and the value for money was great, thank you for a great stay Nothing, we arrived early (11am) and our room was ready already, this was great service |

The room was nice and the staff was friendly but like other places in Europe, no air conditioning. The breakfast was very good but you will pay a hefty price for it...8 euro. The bathrooms were never cleaned while I was there. Also, no internet in the rooms, just 2 hotel computers in the lobby to use for the whole hotel. |

The price, perfect location near the main railway station and 15 minutes from the airport, very good hotel when you just have to make a break in your travel. Very, very tiny room. |

Very clean, cozy, right near the train station. Internet available in the lounge for free. Stuff, although spoke excellent English, did not seem very friendly. |

I liked the position of the hotel, reasonable prices, clean, services ok. The hotel webpage is somewhat misleading, there is no free wireless in the hotel, only two stations at the reception free to use for internet. |

This hotel is right close to the train station . It´s a design hotel, very clean, the staff are very kind.Only I have bad luck with the room, because it was next to the lift, than when the lift goes up and down my bed always shaked. So, when you book please make a note that you don´t want the room next to the lift. Carla Moreira- Portugal |

Very close to the main train station as well as the center. Very good for a short stay and for backpackers/students. Very helpful staff. The room was a bit too small but ok for the price. |

The rooms were depressing and nothing like the photos. There was no 'colour' in this place. No shampoo, toothpaste etc.... not value for money. |

Near the train station (train, underground train, tramway, bus) and in the city center. Nice bathroom. Room always cleaned. Speak english. The first night we went to another hotel (4 stars). The room was really nice. But after that, we went back to this hotel and then they gave us a triple room whereas we booked a double room. Moreover, we explicitly wrote on Booking.com we wanted a double bed in the comment while the booking. Unfortunatly, we got a splitted bed whereas we booked the room more than 1 month before the date. |

Had obscene prank calls made to my room, resulting in me feeling very unsafe. Hotel staff did nothing to help, and accused me of making it up. I ended up leaving as I felt totally unsafe, however the hotel still forced to to pay for the next two nights that I had booked. I would not recommend this hotel at all. |

Good hotel. I used a cheap room, which meant using a shared bathroom and toilet one floor down and sleeping door to door with the busy outside street. I found the service good and friendly, the breakfast tasty and varied and the atmosphere generally good. The noise from the street, missing toilet paper in the bathroom (as well as a dirty toilet seat even after it had been cleaned) and a strong sigaret smell in the non-smoking room are points to consider. Also the window wasn't working and almost fell out when I tried to get some fresh air in. |
