het hotel voorziet in datgene wat nodig is, zonder opsmuk; vrije sfeer zonder teveel bemoeienissen; zeer goed toegankelijk met de trein, en metro/tram, dus goede uitvalsbasis om Frankfurt te verkennen enigszins gehorig, gedeelde wc/douche op andere verdieping, uitzicht kon beter |

Prima kamers voor lage prijs. Genoeg faciliteiten voor stedentripje van paar dagen. Ongedwongen sfeer. Nogal wat kleine twistpuntjes bij receptie gehad; eerst bij inchecken, bleken de kamers niet helemaal te kloppen. Later bij uitchecken, toen ze ons extra wilden laten betalen voor kamers die ze zelf bij inchecken extra hadden verleend omdat hun eigen systeem niet klopte. Het leek allemaal niet erg goed geregeld en de portiers niet erg bekwaam. |

closeness to the train station, restaurants and walking distance to the book fair. easy to get public transportation, 2 minutes walk from station, tram and underground. no wiffi in the rooms. |

Helpful staff and perfect location (to hbf). Noise isolation very bad. Very noisy at night from drunk guys. |

It was very good location for me. Not far from railway station and city centre. Unfortunately my window was on the street side so the noise from the road was heard very well. |

central location near train station , convenient to get to the airport in the morning this is one of the better cheap hotels in the frankfurt downtown. I stayed there 5 times, in the last few years, but can see that the hotel is getting worse, some better maintenance needed. |

Location of the hotel is perfect - 5 min walk from main railway station with good connections to Messe (exhibition center) and airport. Very unqualified staff: had lot of problems finding my reservation, unclear and not explained procedure of verifying identity with credit card (transaction for 0.01 Euro), took too long to check-out in the morning and they tried to charge me more than I was supposed to. In room: dirty carpet, no a/c or even fan, strange closed doors - probably bathroom, noise from the street and very uncomfortable bed. Only one small shared bathroom for whole floor (about 9 rooms), also not so clean. |

The room was clean. Location was good. I did not have any hot water until late in the morning of the following day. What made the matter even worse the staff were not overly concerned over the problem. |

The hotel was a good value in an excellent location for overnight stopovers in Frankfurt. It was very clean and interestingly designed. This hotel seemed to be missing a lot of little things that make hotels comfortable, like seperate shampoo and conditioner packets, extra pillows/blankets, and extra towels. The bed was definitely uncomfortable. The room was very hot; air conditioning (or leaving the window open before arrival) would have been nice. |

The hotel had a very good location, across the street from the Train station and a short ride from the airport (on the train). The hotel was very clean, provided free internet in the lobby, and had a convenient market across the street. It was a short walk to the river walk. The rooms had no a/c and no fans. It may have been difficult had it been a hot day. |

The hotel is quite beauty, it has a modern design that we liked much. The people of the hotel were very kind with us. Moreover, It is located perfectly if you need to travel to other places: it is just besides the central train station, and next to the bus stop to go to Frankfurt-Main airport. It could be a bit more clean, and if you have no bathroom in your bedroom maybe you have to move to other floor to go to the bathroom. |
